Context

A former Arquus factory specializing in defense, Jogam Set is a sheet metal and boiler-making plant that manufactures parts for major players in the military sector (Thales and Arquus), as well as for companies in the nuclear industry. Jogam Set, where some practices still relied on printing manufacturing orders and plans on paper, decided to embrace digital transformation by equipping itself with Speechi interactive displays.

  • Integrate the factory into an Industry 4.0 approach while also adopting an environmentally friendly strategy by digitalizing as many processes as possible.
  • Achieve better production management through real-time monitoring of production and manufacturing incidents.

  • One SuperGlass + S 86” interactive display with a Windows PC in OPS format for the main meeting room.

  • Solutions designed and implemented by Jogam Set: custom-built floor stands designed, cut, and assembled in-house, as well as steel frames with plexiglass panels to protect the displays installed in production workshops from splashes.

  • In production workshops:
  1. Displaying and consulting documents (schedule tracking, manufacturing plans, etc.), including STEP files via a 3D viewer.
  2. Logging completed tasks on a daily basis.
  3. Submitting purchase requests automatically forwarded to the company’s Purchasing department.
  4. Accessing HR communications.
  5. Requesting leave via the Horoquartz application.
  6. Listening to radio programs and music via an application for workshop operators.
