Investigating - We want to inform you that some clients are currently experiencing difficulties logging into SAM Broadcaster Live DJ using credentials that successfully authenticate in SAM Cloud. While the SAM Cloud web interface is accessible and credentials are valid, attempts to log in via Live DJ return an “Invalid Name or Password” error.

Our development team is actively investigating the issue and taking all necessary steps to restore full authentication functionality as quickly as possible. While a confirmed timeline for resolution is not yet available, restoring access is being treated as a high-priority matter and will be resolved promptly.

Clients affected by this issue may continue to log in to SAM Cloud successfully.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue where subscription and payment status data is intermittently not synchronizing properly with our payment gateway partner (Cleverbridge).
This issue may cause certain client who have properly made payments, to have their stations be falsely suspended in the system, which will cause streaming to stop.
