His executive career of over 35 years included national and international roles transforming organisations across a diverse range of industries into highly effective and successful enterprises focused on enhancing shareholder value. He has lead a number of private company to public company transitions including by M&A and IPO. As the\nChairman of Angel Investors Marlborough (AIM), he actively supports high-growth companies in Australia and\nNZ, guiding them towards their goals. Rowan was previously an\nexecutive in the property services sector at Spotless, including managing the private equity buyout process\n(PEP), supporting operational execution and turnaround initiatives under PEP ownership and leading the\nmanagement of its subsequent A$2B IPO exit.
