Edit a sales rep

Desktop

Method 1:

  1. In the top right corner, click on your username dropdown.
  2. Then, click on Office Settings.
  3. Then, click on Sales Reps.
  4. On the Sales Reps page, click on the Pencil Icon to the right of the Sales Rep.
  5. On the Edit Sales Rep modal, update the name of the sales rep, the email address and/or phone number and click Save.

Method 2:

  1. In the top right corner, click on your username dropdown.
  2. Then, click on Office Settings.
  3. Then, click on Suppliers.
  4. On the Suppliers page, click on the Pencil Icon to edit the supplier.
  5. On the Edit Supplier page, update sales rep details.
  6. Once finished, click Save Changes.
