Edit a user

Desktop

  1. In the top right corner, click on your username dropdown.
  2. Then, click on Office Settings
  3. Then, click on Users & Permissions
  4. Then, click on the username of your choice, in blue text
    1. If you can’t find the user name, try the search bar or filter by office.
  5. On the user details page, click on the pencil icon to the right of the username. On the Edit Permissions modal, update their Full Name, Email Address, User Title/Role, Permission Type/features, or office. Once you’re done, click Save User.
