Is This Bootcamp For You?

Built for people who are ready to hear the truth.

This bootcamp is educational, not clinical. It won't resolve your allergies in five days. What it will do is fundamentally change how you understand them — and what you do next.

✓  This is for you if...
You or your child have food allergies, intolerances, or sensitivities that traditional care hasn't resolved
You've been told avoidance is your only option and that doesn't sit right with you
You've done elimination diets and still don't have real answers
You're a parent watching your child's food list shrink and you want to understand why
You're ready to hear honest, direct information — even if it challenges what you've been told
You want to understand your body before deciding on your next step in treatment
✗  This is not for you if...
You're looking for a meal plan or a list of foods to avoid
You want someone to tell you what to eat
You're not open to questioning the conventional allergy model
You're looking for a passive experience with no engagement
You expect five days of education to replace clinical care
The 5-Day Curriculum

Five talks. Five framework shifts.

Each session runs 9–10am PST on Zoom with live Q&A. Every talk builds on the last, moving you from confusion to clarity.

Day
1
Monday, April 6
Breaking Down Allergy Tests — What They Really Mean, and What They Don't
Most people enter the allergy world trusting their test results as the full story. They're not. This session unpacks what IgE panels, skin prick tests, and elimination protocols actually measure — and the significant clinical gap between what they detect and what's actually driving your reactions.
Day
2
Tuesday, April 7
The Dis-ease Weed Metaphor & the Food Allergy Spectrum
Food allergies and food intolerances are treated as separate categories. They're not. This session introduces the spectrum framework and the dis-ease weed metaphor — a way of understanding how reactions develop over time, and why surface-level treatment keeps failing the people who need it most.
Day
3
Wednesday, April 8
The Role of Infection & Toxicity as Factors in Food Allergies
Chronic infections and accumulated toxicity are among the most overlooked contributors to food reactivity. This session covers how pathogen load taxes immune tolerance, how metabolic byproducts can amplify reactivity over time, and why standard allergy care rarely addresses either.
Extended session: A look at hormonal influence in food allergies and intolerances — and why women are disproportionately diagnosed with food reactions.
Day
4
Thursday, April 9
Clarifying the Role of Immunoglobulins — IgE, IgG, and Beyond
Immunoglobulins are the immune system's messengers. Understanding what each one does — and doesn't do — is critical for interpreting test results, understanding reaction types, and knowing what your body is actually communicating when it reacts to food.

Friday, April 10
Introduction to FoodClues® — Reading Your Symptoms as a Map, Not a Sentence
FoodClues® is a pattern-recognition method that uses food reactions, cravings, and avoidances as diagnostic signals pointing to deeper system imbalances. This final session introduces the framework, how it differs from conventional allergy testing, and what it reveals about what your body has been trying to tell you.
What This Bootcamp Stands For

Honest. Transparent. Unapologetically direct.

Sovara Health was built on the belief that people deserve truth, confidence, and clarity in their healthcare. This bootcamp is an extension of that mission.

🚫
Avoidance is not a treatment plan
Being told to avoid foods indefinitely without understanding why reactions occur is an incomplete answer. You deserve more than a list of things to fear.
🔬
Your test results tell a partial story
Standard allergy testing captures one layer of immune activity. This bootcamp explains what the rest of the picture looks like and why it matters for your outcomes.
🌱
Reactions are messengers, not sentences
Food reactions are your immune system communicating a deeper imbalance. Learning to read those signals — not just suppress them — is where real progress begins.
🔗
Everything is connected
Digestion, detoxification, hormones, infection history, and immune function are not separate problems. They are one system. This bootcamp treats them that way.
💡
Understanding comes before action
Most people are making treatment decisions without a complete framework. This bootcamp gives you the foundational knowledge to make your next step your best one.
🧭
You are not broken
Chronic reactions are not a life sentence. They are signals from a system under strain. The goal is not to blame yourself for what you didn't know — it's to finally get the information you were missing.

Your Instructor

Dr. Alexis Sams, PT

Dr. Alexis Sams, PT is a physical therapist and the founder of Sovara Health Systems, a specialty practice focused on inflammation, immunity, and the patterns that conventional care routinely misses.

Over years of clinical practice, Dr. Sams developed FoodClues® — a proprietary pattern-recognition method that reads food reactions, cravings, and avoidances as signals pointing to deeper system imbalances. Her work integrates traditional Chinese medicine, oral immunotherapy principles, and functional assessment to build a more complete picture of what's driving reactivity.

Her approach is grounded in one conviction: food reactions are messengers, not sentences. This bootcamp is an extension of that belief — built for people who are ready to hear what their body has been trying to tell them.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know before you register.

Do I need a formal allergy diagnosis to attend?
No. This bootcamp is open to anyone who experiences food reactions, sensitivities, or intolerances — formally diagnosed or not. Many of the people who need this information most have been dismissed by conventional testing.
Is this appropriate for parents of children with food allergies?
Absolutely. Parents are a primary audience for this content. Understanding the framework behind your child's reactions — and why avoidance alone isn't a complete answer — is exactly what this bootcamp is designed to provide.
Will this bootcamp resolve my food allergies?
No, and we want to be clear about that upfront. This is an educational experience, not a clinical program. What it will do is give you a significantly better understanding of why reactions happen and what a more complete treatment approach looks like — so your next step is an informed one.
What if I can't attend a session live?
Replays will be available to all registered attendees. That said, the live Q&A component is a significant part of the value — we encourage you to attend live whenever possible.
Is this a diet program or a list of foods to avoid?
No. This bootcamp has nothing to do with meal plans or food restriction. FoodClues® uses food patterns as diagnostic signals — not as a categorization of safe and unsafe foods. The goal is understanding, not avoidance.
What happens after the bootcamp?
Participants who want to move into clinical assessment with Sovara Health will have access to information about next steps. There is no pressure — the bootcamp is complete on its own. But many attendees find that after five days, they are ready to take a more informed next step in their care.
