The app offers useful features such as: . Medication schedule Set useful reminders for your future medication schedule and intake. . MyMoments Note down your symptoms. . Physical exercises An 8-weeks exercise program that can help you with postural problems, joint pain, and more. . Voice and speech exercises An 8-weeks speech exercises program to strengthen the voice and practice new habits. . Emotional support Find out how to ground yourself when you feel anxious or overwhelmed by emotions. .
