Hey, guess what time it is!
It's quidditch time!
Okay well it's two weeks until quidditch time! But we're posting early because it's the first match of the year, slash first match ever for a lot of you!
Our first match is GRYFFINDOR versus SLYTHERIN and this is how it's gonna go down:
If your character is on either of those teams (listed here if you've forgotten), go here to post your input as to how they did in the match! Try to give a good amount of detail, but don't go overboard. "They did good and really tried hard" is no good, but neither is four paragraphs of extraneous detail about their diet and excercise regimen leading up to the match.
The mods will roll a die to determine the winner of the match, but everything else-- how close the game is, who gets injured and how badly, etc-- is decided by your inputs and the creative license of our announcer. Your inputs will be due by OCTOBER 16th, so that the announcer has time to write up her account of the match, which will be posted on October 23rd. If you don't submit your input, your character gets to be kind of useless in the background.
And don't forget! There's still (and always is) time to sign up for both team positions and announcer spots! (Prefect spots too, although that's unrelated to this post.) Fill up dem teams!
