Hi, I’m Soren Arnsbo. I am the founder and Executive Chairman of Arnsbo Group, an entrepreneurial family of companies operating across the tech, marketing, and media sectors.
I started my first company in 1997 at age 21 while studying economics at Aarhus Business School. Since then, I’ve founded or co-founded more than 20 companies and invested in or acquired a similar number. I’m not especially fond of the term “serial entrepreneur.” I think of myself more as a venture builder.
Arnsbo Group now includes 9 brands and more than 20 entities with a team of 110 employees across Denmark, the US, the UK, South Africa, and New Zealand. We deliver products and services to more than 7,000 customers, from startups to global brands like Google, Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, BMW, Novo, and LEGO. Most of my time is spent building, acquiring, and investing in companies, and working with ambitious teams who share a long-term mindset.

We are not interested in hyper-growth at all costs or burning out people along the way. At Arnsbo Group, I help our companies grow through shared services, strategic support, business development, and a consistent focus on people and culture. I also serve as a board member in several companies outside the group, and I invest privately in ventures such as Vuuh.com and Labelhub.com.

Personal Life
I live in Aarhus, in the suburb of Risskov, close to the sea and forest. I’m 49, turning 50 in February, and I live with my wife, Janni, our children, Victor and Sophia, and our Cocker Spaniel, Liva. Outside of work I love running, padel, and all things tech. I’ve completed five marathons, including Berlin and Copenhagen, and I’m currently training for the 2026 London Marathon. I also play padel tennis weekly with colleagues, which is as much about community as it is about sport.
What motivates me most is the journey — building companies with good people, learning together, and creating long-lasting value. For me, it’s not only about the end goal. It’s about enjoying the ride.
