What happened to my multifamily listings on Rent.com, ApartmentGuide.com, and Redfin.com?
As of June 15th, 2025, Zillow became the sole provider of multifamily listings (25+ unit buildings) on the Rent Network, including Rent.com, ApartmentGuide.com, and Redfin.com. At that time, all existing Rent. Network listings were cancelled. To list a multifamily property on Rent.com, ApartmentGuide.com or Redfin.com, you need to establish a direct advertising contract with Zillow. Connect with a Zillow Sales professional to learn more:

What happened to Rent.'s Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) like RentSearch., RentSocial., RentTarget., RentRep., and RentEngage.?
As of June 15th, 2025, all Rent. services and products were discontinued. This included Rent.'s Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) including RentSearch., RentSocial., RentTarget., RentRep., RentEngage. and Property Sites.

How can I list a property with fewer than 25 units or a single-family rental on Rent.?
If you would like to post a listing for a single-family rental or a rental property with less than 25 units on Rent., Redfin and ApartmentGuide, please use Redfin Rental Tools. This tool allows you to post rental listings, and collect leads and applications (via TurboTenant) all for free.
Can I still download all of my historical performance information from RentHQ.?
As of June 15th, 2025, RentHQ. is no longer accessible and this includes accessing any historical data.
Can I still request images or other information from my ILS listing?
As of June 15th, 2025, you can no longer request images or other information from your ILS listing.
How can I pay my bills?
You can pay any outstanding invoices by following the prompts directly in the pay.rent.com payment portal.
Who do I contact for billing questions?
Log in to the pay.rent.com payment portal for assistance paying your bills or contact billing@rent.com for further support.
How do I report a scam or fraudulent listing?
Call (877) 999-4472 to report a scam or fraudulent listing or simply utilize the "report a listing" link directly on the listing in question.
