Assumption of Risks
Your utilization of the Services embodies risks including, but not limited to, potential losses while digital assets are supplied to Sologenic DEX and the risks associated with the fluctuation of prices of tokens within trading pairs or liquidity pools. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE', WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Your engagement with the Services is solely at your own discretion and risk.
Liability Limitation
Sologenic Development Foundation Limited ('Sologenic') significantly contributed to the initial coding of the Sologenic DEX interface but neither owns, controls, nor provides the XRP Ledger protocol. The XRP Ledger protocol is governed entirely by algorithms deployed on the XRP Ledger blockchain. Upgrades or alterations to the XRP Ledger protocol are orchestrated in a community-driven manner by XRP validators. Neither Sologenic nor any entity or individual involved in the development of the Sologenic DEX protocol shall bear any liability for any claims or damages whatsoever arising from your use or inability to use the Services, or your interactions with other users of the Services.

Amendment
Sologenic reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Website and/or Services post-modification signifies your acceptance of such changes. This Agreement is effective as of the date you first access the Website and/or Services and remains effective until terminated by either you or Sologenic. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Sologenic if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Website and/or Services.
