# Introduction

SolaDefy breaks the chains of the unfair IDO lottery system for investors. Instead, we are raising a ferocious and engaged Resistance Army in which our investor corps are allowed to prove their mettle and "defy the odds" associated with securing an IDO lottery allocation.

The SolaDeFy platform runs on its native token $DEFY, which assigns our army of investors into 8 tiers, ranging from the aspirational ranks of Recruit (100 $DEFY minimum) where you "Play2Earn your keep" to the powerful title of General (40,000 $DEFY).

Lower-tier users can "level up" (a core tenet of gaming) by performing social networking duties and engaging with projects past, present and future, thus ensuring sustained engagement and actionable data for all our projects, and building the perfect launchpad for gaming studios who have a portfolio of titles to release and manage.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://soladefy.gitbook.io/soladefy/introduction.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
