The BrambleShark
Title can't be empty.

Apologies for the following text wall. Also, this thing in the picture is only a juvenile; it's more adult form is still under design.
The Brambleshark is a rather unique plant; its cellular structure is not as concretely designed, but rather it's cellular bonds are flexible, allowing the plant to move and animate.
Its lightweight form allows its larger, wing-like leaves to lift off the ground and take to the skies; mimicking the exact methods as birds flap their wings to attain this, with a larger leaf at the end of the "stem" acting as tail feathers. Because it's roots are no longer ingrained to the ground, it must absorb water and other nutrients through "consumption" with its mouth; literally eating soil and drinking water from streams.
If its wing-like leaves are damaged and incapable of flight, it can still travel by slithering along the ground, like a snake, and seek out other plant-life to consume; which will repair the damages.
Its main source of food comes through photosynthesis; however it will resort to carnivorous methods if it cannot seek the necessary sunlight. It is capable of eating bugs and other plants, and the occasional fish from streams and rivers.
Most Bramblesharks live alone or in small groups varying between 2 to 6, though they are rather passive types. In large groups, they are capable of dealing major damage to threatening trespassers into their territory. Luckily large groups are only found deep in lush forests far from civilization.
