This is Mizu Taki - Leader of the Hikosen unit in Team Latex Rocket, the group that I recently joined. OC is a sona of my Friend I've meet not so long ago and already forged a strong bond with him. Taki is a compassionate leader that other Hikosens will follow, no matter what. And who are Hikosens? Hikosens is special unit of S rank leaders who have special Latex Uniforms that can inflate to size of huge blimps. They use said technology as a better form of transportation than Hot Air Balloons used by Other units and Grunts.
