Chaos Magnum
"From the depths of the Warp, the Gods of Chaos watched the mystic in action, every motion, every victory, every achievement. The Gods began to whisper to him, any one of them would welcome such a warrior in their stead. Magnum's curiosity got the better of him and uncovered numerous tomes from many worlds that he had taken part in crushing. In the end he would pledge his service to Tzeentch, the Chaos God of sorcery, conspiracy, change, mutation and knowledge. He would end up destroying many Knight Orders, conquering many worlds and opening many great Warp Storms, these actions have earned him great wings, his power sword being possessed by a greater daemon and becoming an extremely powerful weapon, his left arm changing into that of a flamer daemon, his soul gaining an unnerving trait for psionics to see and interact with, his body fusing with his mercury suit in a terrifying blend of flesh and metal. But most of all gaining the mark of his patron, greatly augmenting his powers and gaining new ones to use. His armor is now marked with symbols of Dark Tongue, the mark of Tzeentch adorning his armor and his tail armor becoming a roaring flow of purple and blue, his glowing blue flesh can be see on some parts of his armor."
Hi guys, I decided to draw Magnum if he decided to side with the Forces of Chaos, my main faction from Warhammer. I decided not to go Chaos Undivided and went with one of the Chaos Gods instead and I decided to narrow it down to which made the most sense. While he is in constant battle Magnum isn't in actuality all that wrathful and he never fights unless he has a solid reason to, so Khorne was ruled out overall. Slaanesh was taken out because he isn't try to perfect anything nor bask in any excess or lust. Nurgle was honestly removed because Magnum would see no purpose in turning himself into a bio weapon and if anything it would just hinder him. So this left two Gods, Tzeentch and Malice, either one would have worked perfectly but ultimately I went with Tzeentch as it made the most sense as Magnum is skilled with his arcane powers, he constantly innovates and is great in executing tactics. In terms of rolling for what he would get I used the Black Crusade rule set and he got the following: Mark of Tzeentch, Daemon Weapon(Power Sword)(Lord of Change - Impossibly Sharp, Warp Flame, Spellbound, Piercing, Living Magic), Mechoid, Flamer Arm(Left), Dark Soul and Wings. So all in Magnum is just short of being a daemon prince overall and this was a lot of fun to both draw and color, I hope you guys like the drawing have a good one. :)
