This cover was drawn by . Husky's main character, Husky the Evocanis, and my main character, Yukiomaru Arekusanda, are battle-ready for the threats of the universe that they have been fighting against. Assassin droids of the mysterious Project Apocalypse have attacked the Evocanis multiple times, but Husky and his brethren stand side-by-side with their new friends, the Rectans to fight against these murderous machines. Creepers, a plant-based hyper-parasite life form, had nearly destroyed Yukiomaru's races' entire home planet. Devoted to destroying the race from the galaxy, Yukiomaru had come across a super-intelligent form of Creeper that seems to control the plant-based lifeforms.

The planets, Lutracha and Canidera, had been attacked multiple times before by one of its own native species. Yukiomaru was born after these wars, but the civilization had learned that they cannot remain at peace unless they prepared for it. Yukiomaru was classified as a prodigy when he was less than a Canideran year old and since then he had been trained as contact with an alien race was being considered imminent. War had found Yukiomaru, and through it he met his ultimate foe: Euno the aquatic mammalian alien. Yukiomaru, being almost half the height of Euno, never relented in his fight though. One way or another, Yukiomaru will find that the war will be over even before he reached puberty.

Colony ship Canis Major, and its inhabitants, have been victim to the senseless violence manufactured out of the mysterious machine race that call themselves Apocalypse. Husky the Evocanis was born shortly after a second attack on Canis Major, but with the help of their new allies and friends, the Rectans, Husky was one of the first trained warriors of the Evocanis. Their ultimate goal to find their lost brothers and sisters will lead Husky, his family and friends, to make disturbing discoveries about the mysterious machine race, and themselves.

The effects of war would stick with these two heroes if it were not for their friends. Yukiomaru was particularly traumatized due to one of the Creepers' techniques and his fragile, young mind, and he struggle with the war even long after its passing. Unofficially, Yukiomaru would happen to come across the Evocanis race, and meet the Evocanis named Husky and he would be surprised that such a caring race would have such horrific war stories. Same with Husky as he would be surprised to learn that Yukiomaru has his own share of war stories even at such a young age.

This cover is a great source of inspiration for me especially because I am working on another project to further improve my stories. Husky's other project that he has been working on is similar, and it's no wonder why such a cover of our main characters, and their enemies, was such a great idea.
