Nightwing (cheesy animation)
This is one reason why I want a proper computer generated 3D rendering made of [i]Nightwing[/i].

I received word today (2018-04-23) from Atom Music Audio--they will let me have the minimum license, costing €25 (that's currently $30.681 USD), which will allow me to use their music, "A Million Years Journey", for the full video I made that introduces the crew of [i]Nightwing[/i]. This license will grant me permission to post the video on YouTube and to use the video when introducing my book in a library. So now I need to scrape up a little extra money by the first of the month so that I can get the license. I'm rather excited, because Atom Music Audio has created music for movies and computer games, and I really love their work. I may have to do a little extra artwork for the video since some of the characters have an extra picture or two, and some are still black and white (I want to have all main portraits in color). I think I'll have to work on a color portrait for either Sylvia or Cara next (EW2 Cara Bronski should be quicker to do, since she's human).

I normally hate animations.... and I liked it! :-D
I wish I could do a "Star Trek"-like animation showing [i]Nightwing[/i] banking slightly as she leaves orbit, following the curvature of Terra (Earth), and receding into the distance. Unfortunately, PowerPoint is severely limited in what it can do. :(
I made a slideshow/video clip that introduces the crew of [i]Nightwing[/i], with space photos between my drawings of them, timed to the soundtrack (Atom Music Audio - "A Million Years Journey"). I've sent off an e-mail inquiring about licensing and cost for using their music in a not-for-financial gain project (my little video), so I'll see if/when they respond. I was thinking of using the video as an introduction (maybe with some minor changes) for talking about the book. Well, we'll see.

That ending provides a nice crescendo where the ship goes into warp ~v^
Picture the crew members being introduced in order of rank, with space photos between, in time with the music, with Moira being the last. The final quieter part is where I have the above animated scene. After the music ends, the picture does a fade transition to end with the cover of the book.
