"Again sorry for the lack of a lower body, but still at least he has arms now. I'm working on different poses and such so June doesn't look so stiff. I looked at THIS SKETCH so that I can start to keep the hair and eyes consistent.
I simply added a texture and a drop shadow to the lineart, though I'm still not sure if the drop shadow is a good thing.

All drawing takes is practice. :3 If you want to draw, then do so. Have fun doing it and don't worry about making it look amazing. That comes after you've practiced and learned how to do various things.
