I have a resolution to do all 12 elemental dragons (and maybe some extra time-based ones?) from my stories by the start of December. This isn't necessarily a New Year's Resolution, just a 'better have shit to sell at MFF' resolution. Plus, I get to flex my painting muscles and whatnot.

This was December's dragon, the Storm Dragon. It rules over chaos, luck, and power. The wings of a storm dragon are large compared to their body, with the leather attaching at their shoulders and extending down the sides of their legs. Their tails are short or nonexistent, and if present they serve as an anchor for their wings. Their faces are flatter than other dragons', and their nose is enlarged so they can smell their way through torrential downpours. Their ears are very sensitive to noise and their brain instinctively detects when the sound of rain and wind gets disturbed. They eat large birds and insects that find themselves lost in the wind currents of a storm. Their short fur is hydrophobic, and combined with their leather wings, they can fly through a storm easily and execute complex aerial maneuvers. Tanzanite can be used channel their magic; Its main inspiration is the vampire bat.

There's way more to it, but I'm a little tired now. January's dragon is Metal, and I can't wait to get started~. It's the strangest-looking of them all...probably.
