This comic was posted up on Valentine's Day, and considering the topic it's pretty fitting too.

Gagnesh Mritue and Kira Fukui have been best friends for quite some time.
They also have crushes on each other, they are however, totally oblivious to this.
Their friends and most people around them however...well, they're more perceptive.
It's unknown just why they're oblivious to their own feelings, even when they themselves do stuff that's actually pretty similar to dating.
Oglethwhip zim Hobbersnatchers suggested it was because of watching too many high school dramas but Kira's mother Vixena pointed out that Kira was more into anime than school drama TV shows...although Vixena did note plenty of anime protagonists were generally oblivious to love.
Which might explain some things.
Still though, their friends greatly hope the two of them finally realize how they feel about each other...though Mark Vericon generally has to be told to refrain from speeding up the process.
Especially since his way of 'revealing' this involves a bullhorn.
