The title of the piece refers more to those villains and criminals that Murana targets. Once she has her eyes set on you for death and justice for your crimes, you will have no way out of your final fate. She will come find you and she will burn you alive as just punishment for what you've done. She doesn't really like to do theatrics often when she goes to strike her targets, but when the target is in such a vulnerable position and there is legitimately no way out for him, she can get a bit overzealous in inspiring terror right before death. It's a good, cathartic experience for Murana sometimes.
