A preview for an upcoming story featuring best friends Layla Harris and Werner Von Clog!
Layla and Werner are glad to be done with school for the summer, and what better way to kick it off then a camping trip to the deepest diving lake in New England? Both friends are enjoying themselves, happy as you please, when they stumble upon a hundred-year-old jewelry box at the bottom of the lake, brimming with real jewels! At first, Layla and Werner are ecstatic that they've struck it rich, but soon discover that someone else was looking for those jewels; and they are willing to go to any means to get them!
Will our two young canines enjoy the perks of wealth? Or will then end up in deeper waters than they planned for...?
