Drawn in 1995. These were villains of my comic (that I no longer have) called "Danger Calls". I was going to make a joke about not using references, but then I remembered that I didn't have the Internet until 1996. In 1995, 28.8 modems were a brand new concept (and very expensive), and we still had a our 25MHz family computer. I think my only reference material available was going to the store and buying a magazine, or hoping our encyclopedia set had the picture I needed.
