I'm not much of a horse person and I rarely draw them. Well .... actually ... more like ... I never draw them, at least not as the main subject of a piece. So ... I think it was time for me to at least give it a try. I have a very hard time when it comes down to horse anatomy as they always tend to look wrong (even on photographs). So ... this piece gave me quite a hard time, I was fiddling so much with the sketch ... :')
