Tech back safe
This a very old drawing that I did way back in 2013. I was doing a small practice with the back side of one of my female fox characters. This set of drawings were profile drawings, I guess. At the time of drawing this, I was terrible with the arms and legs. I had yet to develop a style in my drawings. For some reason, I thought it would be great to do a circular head even though I knew then that an animal head wasn't in that form. I just couldn't place the form it was supposed to be in. Now, I know better. The feet felt a little too human for my liking at the time, yet there wasn't anything I could do about it. My style of drawing was at the beginner stage and it didn't develop yet. It took a lot of determination to power through. The feminine curves were off quite a bit and so was the butt. Even though it can't be seen in the safe version, the butt I drew looked like it had 4 cheeks, instead of the 2 that is supposed to be there. Sketchbook 1 was very much my book of learning. Getting to know the female anatomy a little better.
This particular character is Tech Rathgen. At the time of doing this sketch, Tech Rathgen was also my pen name. Now, its something else. Tech is an arctic fox. She likes to help others and is a smart girl. She likes to hang out at beaches and isn't afraid of what others might say about her. She might have a neutral name. However, its all apart of the fun. I have done a lot of drawings of her, because she is the simplest for me to draw. Her fur doesn't need to be colored, its the same color as the paper I draw on. I'm done for now. I hope you continue to support me in my hopes and dreams to become a better artist.
