The woman approached me around that point during the fursuit parade and she was all like "What *is* this? What's the meaning of all of this? Who *are* you people?" And I smiled and pointed to my badge and said "We're all like this!" because how do you boil down furry to a mystified woman on the street? I should've taken a picture of the look on her face. But time waits for no one and it was time to get going.
