Training:
When Gretchen was very young, she was taught quite a bit about medicine by her grand father. She learned how to keep somefur alive... and how to administer horrific amounts of pain without killing. She can work wonders in repairing life threatening wounds, and knows how to make even the most gruesome forms of torture seem tame.
Gretchen is very skilled in electronics and the use of drones. Gretchen tends to use her drones to get a better idea who and what is on the battlefield. She went to college for robotics and earned her degree with honors. She later went into the military where she managed to get the attention of the Kommando Spezialkrafte, (German special forces). Her ability to use drones to asses the battle field and seek out targets proved to be quite valuable along with her ability to aggressively carry out her objectives. Sadly for Gretchen, she was asked to resign from the KSK after a classified 'incident' involving her and some misunderstood orders left 6 innocent bystanders dead... or at least that's what the reports say.

Personality:
Gretchen spent the first 6 years of her childhood with her great grandfather. Her great grandfather was one of Hitler's inner circle and spent his last few years trying to bring up his great granddaughter to embrace the Nazi reich. As a result poor Gretchen was quickly labeled an outcast and a bigot when her great grandfather died and she was thrust into the public school system at age 6. Gretchen never fully recovered from getting ostracized by her peers, but she did learn that what her great grandfather had taught her was wrong.
Gretchen suffers from PTSD of her childhood and her 'Nazi side' starts to come out when she's under a lot of stress or she needs to cope with something disturbing. She's been known to giggle at the sight of mass carnage and gore like she's finding it entertaining, but in fact she's only coping with the horrors she sees. If the stress gets too great she can slip into another personality... one that her great grandfather has forged deep in her subconscious.

Typical mission ideal for Gretchen's skill set:
Gretchen is very versatile in her skills and use of tools and weapons, though she excels in urban environments. Gretchen doesn't mind 'going loud' right at the start of the mission but she's not objective to staying quiet either. Gretchen is very fast, efficient, and precise in executing her orders... as long as she isn't put in too stressful situations.

Converted pencil mic/transmitter: Turns on and off with either Gretchen's voice, or receiving a transmission from HQ. (Radio range, about 150 yards, with satellite uplink, nearly unlimited as long as the earth isn't interfering. Will run for 5 hours constantly.)
