Glad I was able to get this finished in time for Anthrocon, you'll be able to see it in the artshow this year if you're going!
Dragon is scuply over a tinfoil armature and airbrushed, back ground is airbushed plexiglass oddly enough and some random bedazzling and brush work to finish it off.
