Therefore, I will work as fast as possible, but sometimes it's hard to fit time in for art. Weekends are usually the best time for me to work on everything!

Expect turnaround time to be anywhere from 1 day to a few weeks, depending on difficulty/workload. I will be in touch with you often whenever anything changes, either by email or journal!

I will not hunt down details from your gallery/deviantart/whatever, and will not be responsible for any mismatched markings, colors, etc if you do not provide me the necessary references! You must also fully read ALL THESE RULES. If you do not, I am not responsible for you not knowing things that are in these rules. It's just like signing a music contract, and then being mad because you didn't read it all the way: DONT DO IT.


[color=red]Will you show me the various stages of progress on my piece?[/color]
WIP's are available if requested. If any changes/edits need to be made, it will only be made to the sketch ONCE free of charge. (for digital and traditional)
With traditional art, there are NO edits past the inking stage. Inking is permanent, and can't be altered. I will double check the colors with you, but the mediums I work with are permanent and virtually impossible to change without creating a whole new piece!

[color=red]What about digital? [/color]
Digital will not be fixed in the lineart stage without a fee, but I will send ONE picture of the flat colors. This is ONLY for fixing the colors.

[color=red]But what if I want an edit anyways?[/color]
If you decide that you want an edit, including edits to finalized lineart (digital only), you will be charged $5 PER EDIT!
NOTE: When I am able to get a lightbox, there will be an option to change the lineart for traditional!

[color=red]What type of stuff do you draw/paint?[/color]
Portraits, anthro/feral (feral is my weak spot but I am slowly improving!), realism, anime, comics, badges, ref sheets, non porn, tasteful nudity. Just ask!

Hateful/racist/predjudiced themes, bodily fluids/waste(except blood/saliva), anything porn, anything illegal free art (I give it away randomly, but don't beg me for it!)

It's only because I have no experience making them, and can't judge a price for it u.u so make your best offer and I'll work on it!

That's okay, me too! Bartering is also a good system for me! So if you have a comparable deal, I can be bargained with. I love crafts, video games and art, so...:) I don't mind trades at all!

[color=red]I reserve the right to turn down ANY work I am not comfortable doing, or when a customer is being rude. I also will not start working on the finished piece beyond an initial sketch until a deposit is made. I will send a sketch before receiving any payment. The deposit should be at least worth 25% of the piece, so that I know you are serious. I will send you an invoice, DONT send me any payments, please![/color]

If you decide to cancel a piece that is already in progress and have paid in full, you will have the option of receiving a refund depending on where I am in the picture. For a deposit, you can get the whole deposit back. A [color=green][b]full refund[/b][/color] is available if I have not started on it yet. For any cancellations, I can keep the image, and use it for myself, as all rights for you are forfeited, but I still only own the piece, NOT your characters.

[b][color=green]If you get a commission from me, I have full rights to make prints, stickers, banners, ads, etc of anything I create. I do NOT own any rights to your character, and it will be known to others who the character belongs to. I ONLY own rights to the creation itself. You MAY upload it to your sites, make prints for yourself, share with friends, (CREDIT MUST BE GIVEN),etc. but do NOT, and I repeat...DO NOT MAKE COPIES TO SELL PRINTS TO OTHERS. It is NOT yours to make a profit from, and you do NOT have commercial rights!!! If you would like to collaborate or buy rights to a character I've created, or commercial rights, that is one thing and can be arranged.[/color][/b]
