After working on this all day, I've come to the conclusion that not only do I need to buy some more colors, but I think that part of the graininess issue I keep encountering may be my sketchbook paper. :/
Also, not overly fond of Butterscotch's mane coloring, and her cloud-mark's colors are off as well (though that itself is due to my limited pencil collection).
