It's Siele the basilisk! She's climbing on a building and stopping to sass the people inside, NOT stomping around Tokyo. Not giant, just stuck to a window like a gecko. Total working time: About 7.5 hours due to the complexity of the pose and proportions... yeah, 4 arms are harder to draw and position than 2.
