Me x Meika: Moving Forward and War Declared
Before the chapter is read, first note it is a very long one and dialogue heavy. But pay very close attention as not only does it have information about things, new characters are revealed, true facts are told, and things finally begin to move. There is good news as well. First it seems the ones laughing behind my back in a mean way have seemed to have stopped for now. I guess the message has finally begun to sink in or so it seems. If it hasn’t, they better be prepared for what is to come. But in more great news, it has been announced that Season 2, episode 22 of Rimba Racer will finally becoming to YouTube. At last the show will continue. But before we celebrate, we don't know if this episode will be in English and if the rest will follow quickly behind in English as well. On top of that, we have no idea if season 2 is it and if the story will end on a definite note. It's possible considering how much trouble the creators have with getting to this point. I hope whatever the case is the show will end on a fine note. So what does that mean for this story of me and Meika? Well after calculating, all that are left will be 13 more chapters or so before we come to where season 2 left off with episode 21. However that is too early before the next episode is out. So therefore, it will be at that point I will begin to make things right with Meika in those horrid situations by showing the whole world the correct ones. And not just by myself but in other ways as well. Because now that we know episode 22 is coming, I will work that into this story as well. However, if there will be a season 3, none of those episodes will make it into this story as that would be too long for waiting. And if there is only a second season, rest assured, that this story of me and Meika will have a third and final season because at the end of season 2, there will still be things that need to be shown and answered. But I can promise this; the ending Meika should have had, the true happy ending will be with me and that is the truth. Now let's get to the chapter.

Racing World
Moving Forward and Declaration of War
The Ark the following day took off into the air for where the next race would be held at. Nicholas was still basking in his happy mood of winning two races in a row and best of all Pike being beaten so many times. What nobody knew was that the evil lupine himself was in his quarters. The room was dark because he was in contact with the Ring Masters, High Command, and Lezo. The guy even had on special glasses like what Torres and that other agent used. The guy had just finished giving his report. “And that’s pretty much it,” the male stated. “Everything is going according to plan and nobody suspects a thing.”
“Excellent,” the blue Ring Master replied.
“Has King been giving you any trouble?” the purple Ring Master asked.
“King?” Pike scoffed. “He hasn’t quiet woken up to the fact that he’s not in charge anymore. I’ve got him and everything else on a tight leash.”
“Do you?” stated the light green Master. “Really? Tag took out the whole lot of you during the second race. Then there’s the fact Nicholas has managed to best you in the races following and even taken first in the last two. Some of us are beginning to wonder if I made the right choice putting you in charge.”
“Oh well? What can I say? Tag, Nicholas, and their friends are pretty good. But I’m better. None of them and especially those two won’t get lucky a fourth time. You have my word, boss.”
“Very well, the plan is in place,” went the gold High Command member. “We will be doing our part as well to deal with those from Aispir City with our special units.”
“Make it happen Pike,” the light green Ring Master warned the lupine. “Or else.”
The call was then cut and the guy took off the glasses while the room’s lights turned back on. “My, my,” said Vyxx. She was in the same room. “Sounds like your boss is in a foul mood.”
“When is he ever in a good mood?” the male asked while putting the glasses away in their secure hiding spot. “Besides, your boss is the one who started it.”
“So what now?”
“Now, we remind everyone who’s in charge. Gather the troops.”
Meanwhile in Sonny’s room, Meika and the bear were on one of his video games and versing. Meelo. “Watch out for the troops!” Sonny exclaimed.
“What do you think I’m doing?!” she stated. “I’m trying to keep them off of you!”
The reason she was in here was because Nicholas was busy with a meeting. So she was just killing time until the husky was finished with that. “Well, try harder!” Sonny exclaimed.
“Hey, you do your job, and I’ll do mine.”
“Ah, you two,” Meelo said happily. “Resistance, is futile. You cannot defeat me! I’m a space commander with a genius level of intellect and a creature of singular focus! A monumental-“
“So Meelo; when are you gonna ask Vyxx out on a date?” Meika then asked with a grin. That caused the chameleon to blush and break his focus. Sonny and Meika took out Meelo’s ship since this video game was a space battling one.
The bear laughed. “Take that creature of focus!” Sonny stated.
“You’re a monumental alright,” Meika commented teasingly. “A monument to loosing!”
Both her and the bear burst out laughing. “Now that was just downright dirty!” Meelo said, standing up.
“What can I say buddy?” Sonny replied. “All’s fair in love and galactic conquest.”
Meika laughed a little more. “Nicely said!” she commented and the two did a hi five.
Tag then entered the room and Sonny greeted him. “Hey guys, have you seen…?” the tiger began but then spotted who he was looking for. “Oh there you are Meelo, I’m in need of a favor.”
“Forget it!” the chameleon replied, tossing his game control over his shoulder and crossed his arms. “Not going to happen!”
“Lover boy here is a sore loser,” Meika stated with a grin.
Tag rolled his eyes with amusement. “You help me out with this, and I promise I won’t make fun of you and Vyxx for a whole week.”
“Make it two,” Meelo insisted.
“Deal!”
The chameleon let out a sigh. “Let’s go.”
“Hey, hold up guys,” Meika said, both her and Sonny looking over the top of the couch they were sitting at. “We’ll come with!”
They both began to get up. “No!” Meelo told them firmly. “You two stay here! I’ve had quiet enough of you for today!”
He and Tag left and the door closed shut. “Think we went too far?” Sonny asked the vixen as they sat back down.
“I don’t know… Maybe?” she replied. The two then burst out laughing again.
The door opened again and Mia and Nicholas walked in. “Well you two are in a good mood,” the panda stated with a grin.
“What’s so funny?” the husky asked.
“Oh, just teasing Meelo about him and Vyxx,” Meika replied with a grin.
“Meh, I don’t even think they look good together,” Nicholas stated and went by her side.
“So, why are you two here?” Sonny asked.
“Ying Yang here happened to be passing by me while I came here,” the canine answered, referring to Mia. “So we both decided to visit. Sorry that meeting took so long.”
“No worries about it!” the vixen said with a smile.
“Well then perhaps maybe we can meet up at the lounge later to eat. I’m getting hungry.”
“Sure! See you there!”
However it turned out only Meelo was there first. Meika and Sonny had invited him to try to apologize but the chameleon wasn’t buying it. The vixen did point out that as of lately it was only them who had really been hanging out. Sonny suggested the others had their own schedules to keep. But then Meelo had to go because of a message sent to his phone. He ignored the other two trying to tell him to come back since this was important. But then Nicholas, Mia, Cody, Kira, and Jacob joined in. “Thought we’d drop by,” the avian said as they all took a seat.
“Hope it’s not a bad thing man,” the male otter commented. Sonny and Meika grinned and then they all began to talk. It was a fun time and Nicholas even made the vixen laugh at one point. He then mentioned a show that would be happening later next evening that he thought she and the rest that he had hosted would like.
“I mean it might be hard for Tamira to get to watch it but I’ll let her know to,” the husky said. “It airs from an Aispir City channel and the Ark can get it. I’ve tried it myself.”
“Sounds awesome!” Meika stated. “Sonny’s got the best seat on the Ark!”
“Besides me?” The two grinned. “Say where is Meelo and Tamira?”
“No idea,” the bear said. “Meelo was here but then he had to go.”
“Well I’ll find those two and pass the message along later.”
Meanwhile the chameleon himself had made it to his room and entered. It was dark in here. The guy brought out his phone after the door was closed. “I got your message,” he stated to the other in here. It was Tamira. “You can come out.” She stepped forward. “You know, there is a light switch in here.”
“It’s better if nobody knows I’m here,” the pantheress replied. “Any progress with the-“
“Shhhh!” went Meelo. “Wait!” He took her to a different room in his quarters.
“Security protocols!” the chameleon explained. “You can never be too sure who’s listening.”
“Any progress with the black box?”
Meelo went over to the desk ahead of him. The thing was on it and there were a number of monitors here that were part of the computer. Each one had showed different types of data on each screen. “Whoever came up with the encryption program for this thing deserves a medal.”
“What do you mean?” Tamira asked impatiently.
“First of all, the data can’t be copied of this box,” Meelo answered. “Any attempt to do that will fry the whole thing!”
“So we can’t make any backups.”
“It doesn’t stop there. I’ve recovered all the deleted data you told me about. But it’s useless!”
“Useless?” she asked in surprise.
“Useless! Of no use; gibberish! I’ve been running every known decrypting algorithm against it for months! But I still can’t make any sense out of it!”
“Someone really doesn’t want us to know what’s in there,” Tamira said, getting a thoughtful look.
“And they did a good job to make sure it stays that way.” Her glaring frown came out as usual. She sighed in frustration. The two then left that room.
“I have to ask though, why are we being so secretive about this? Maybe one of the others can help.”
“No!” Tamira stated. “The fewer people know about this, the better.”
If you say so… Anyhow, until we can make any sense of the code, there’s nothing we can do but focus on the race.” The racers knew where it would take place next.
But what those on the side of good didn’t know was that others who were on their side were beginning to make their move just like those on the side of evil. Mr. Mane himself wasn’t on the Ark at the moment. The Lion was back in Aispir City for a meeting. And not just any. It was a meeting with the IAC or International Agent Committee. These were all the secret investigation teams of the entire world, each represented by individuals. So that meant the ones from Aispir City and from Tag and Mile’s home area were here to. And the reason they were meeting was a very serious one. Ever since the name Ring Masters and High Command had come up, these organizations had tried to be looked into a bit but nothing had come up. Crimes were happening around the world right now, and many were suspecting it was these enemies. Especially since they were from the criminal underworld and had controlled the racing world for years. But there was no evidence pointing to them. In fact, it was pointing to others. “There have been 25 crimes, both online and physical that we are aware of,” the representative of the entire meeting was stating into a mike. “And that’s just within the last two weeks.”
The meeting was taking place in a large room with rows where the people could sit at. Each had their own mike to talk into. “Every single one of them had evidence of who did it wiped out,” another representative stated. “Even the physical crimes have turned up nothing.”
“All of these were either done to those who are innocent and criminals. And I think it’s safe to assume there could be others we’re unaware of,” the one leading this said.
“In which case the total could well be over 100; maybe to a thousand,” a different person stated. Everyone else began to talk amongst those with them.
Mr. Mane then came in and sat with the two representatives of his city. Since he had been trying to help by finding out about the Ring Masters and High Command, the guy was allowed to sit in on these. Also it was because he was one of those who had organized the racing tournament to and those evil groups were really in control. Next to him sat a male snapping turtle from Tag and Miles’ home city. “At any rate, the criminals who were affected shouldn’t mater since they have broken the law,” another representative stated.
“Why should it matter if it’s a criminal or someone who’s innocent?!” the one leading this meeting stated. “Last time I checked what has been happening as of late is still breaking the law!”
“It’s still too early to tell if it’s criminals doing this,” another at the meeting said.
“Then how come not only have money and things been stolen, but also lives taken as well?! That’s not a righteous act; it’s crimes!”
“You think it’s possible that someone or some people are out there right now behind this?”
“We’re treating this as a master plot carried out by an organization!” a different representative said.
“But how can we even begin?” someone stated. “All evidence we’ve tried to find hasn’t been at all. The online attacks are using such skilled hackers not only can they erase all evidence of being there, the code changes every time and they are one we’ve never seen before.”
“Even forensics are failing in this field for the physical crimes,” another representatives said. “There is no pattern to these at all that we can see. They seem to be random. I don’t see what else we can do.”
“If that’s the case, then it looks like we have no choice but to bring in Zero!” the one leading this meeting announced. Everyone else went quiet and began mummering amongst themselves. Mr. Mane got a deep in thought look. This person mentioned was considered to be the world’s greatest detective. Nobody knew what he looked like, his whereabouts, or even his real name. All they did know was that this specie had managed to solve every case he had ever taken on. And had managed to solve some of the greatest mysteries the world had ever seen. He hid in the shadows, but was the best of the best. A last resort, a trump card.
“But I heard this Zero is extremely arrogant!” one of the representatives stated. “I understand he’ll only take on cases that he’s personally interested in!”
“That’s exactly right!” another agreed. “Besides, we don’t know how to contact him!”
“Zero is already on the move,” went a different voice, a female one.
Everyone stopped talking and looked to their right to see a person walking in who was new. Even though the voice showed it was a female, the body was fully covered up by a long black trench cloak. In fact, she was fully hidden in the color black and nobody could make out any features. They watched this person walk and stop in the center of the room. “Everyone, Zero has already begun his investigation into these matters.” The rest gathered here knew that this person was the only one able to get in contact with the investigator mentioned. Nobody knew her true identity either. But the name for them was known as Lottery. “Please be silent. Zero would now like to address those here.”
The person was carrying a briefcase and opened it showing it was a laptop. Once opened, it showed the name Zero in a fancy goth like style. There was also a large screen in the room that was behind Lottery. It turned on showing the image on the laptop. Then a voice spoke, but distorted in a good way unlike the Ring Masters and High Command. “Greetings to all of you at the IAC. I am Zero. The difficulty of this case lies in its unpresented scope. And make no mistake, we’re witnessing an atrocious act of mass crime, one that is unforgivable. Especially since some evidence found seems to point to towards the racing season that is happening this year.” There was more mummering. It was like the ones here thought. It was the Ring Masters and High Command, or so it seemed. “This case cannot be solved without the full corporation of the IAC. That is all of the police organizations you represent throughout the world. You need to make the decision to fully support the investigation at this meeting. Also, I require addition corporation from the police agency from the area of Aispir City.”
Mr. Mane and those from his city stood up in surprise. The snapping turtle from Tag and Mile’s area looked on deep in thought. “What?” the lion asked. “Why our city in particular?””
“Whether the guilty party is an individual or a group, there’s a strong possibility that they are from there. And even if they’re not, we can be sure at least one of them is hiding there.”
“What is all this based on?”
“Why Aispir City you ask?” Zero replied. “I think I’ll be able to provide you proof of that after I directly confront the culprit.”
“A direct confrontation?” Mr. Mane asked.
“At any rate, I would like to set up the investigation headquarters in Aispir City.” The person then stated if those from Tag and Mile’s area wanted to help, they could. It was that way that the snapping turtle investigator was introduced to the lion mayor. His name was Hart, and he had a light grey overcoat with a dark purple tie and white dress shirt. His eyes were orange and had grey purple colored skin with some dark spots.
As it turned out things got very interesting the next evening. Meika and those who had been hosted by Nicholas except for Tamira gathered in Sonny’s room to watch the show Nicholas had mentioned. The husky himself and the rest of the good racers from his city had other plans so they couldn’t watch. Tamira didn’t join this time but got a call from Riq to tune into it for some reason even if the tiger wouldn’t say why. This puzzle the pantheress since Nicholas had told her to as well. So the feline humored them and watched as well. Seeing it, Tamira had to admit she liked it and perhaps next time she would watch with the others. But she was also trying to see if there was something hidden in this show but there wasn’t. Meanwhile in King’s office, the gathering of the evil racers could finally being. Torres was doing her part to make sure nobody came in which was why the Ringmaster spy wasn’t in here. The hippopotamus had his phone out and looking at it angrily while walking in. “Some me to my own office, will you?” he stated in anger under his breath referring to Pike. “We’ll see about-“
“King!” the lupine called to him in a mocking tone. “You’re late.” The said guy looked up to see the asshole was sitting at his desk with his feet up on the desk. Vyxx, Zeno, and Razor were on the lupine’s left while Krom and Axel were on his right. “You think with the kind of money you have, you could afford to hire someone to tell you what time it is. Or a watch, whatever.”
“I had some business to attend to with the press,” King stated sternly walking up to the desk.
“Yeah, sure you did,” Pike relied dismissively. He then rose up and got serious. “Now that everyone’s here, we can finally get down to business.”
“Started with what?” Axel asked, his arms crossed as usual.
“Well to being with, how about a reminder of what a terrible job you’re doing?” Vyxx laughed with amusement.
“Excuse me?” the avian asked in a bit of anger.
Pike picked up a magazine with Tag’s face on it. “The goal was to push Tag and his buddies so low down the rankings that they’ll never be able to race in another tournament again,” Pike said, then threw the magazine down onto the ground. “The same goes for Nicholas and his friends. “Quick, clean, legal.” He emphasized that last word while walking on the magazine towards Axel. “And yet, you kept letting Tag, Nicholas, and Victor get the better of you.” Pike poked the avian in the chest a little after that sentence.
“Uh, didn’t Tag managed to take you three out in one go during the second race while the last one was a combination of Nicholas and the others?” King replied.
“None of them would have gotten there in the first place if Mr. Fake Champ had done his part!”
Axel’s eyes widened a little bit, a spark of hatred for the lupine being planted. “I don’t get it,” Krom said. “Why don’t we just bump them off the race? You know… permanently?”
Vyxx scoffed. “Told you that’s the best he’d come up with,” she said to Pike.
The guy sighed with frustration and went to the crocodile. “Because my dimwitted friend, there’s already too much attention in the wrong places as it is. Plus, there are some lose ends. Until we tie them up, we can’t make our move.”
“Lose ends?” King asked.
“One, Tag still has the black box,” Pike stated. “As long as he has it, he has leverage. Two, Meelo. Our data basis were guaranteed to be secure. And yet that little lizard has hacked into our systems not once, but twice! He’s a threat! One that must be dealt with in time.” That sentence was directed to Zeno who nodded in understanding. “And three, Tamira. Our bosses are convinced that she’s not working alone. She couldn’t have done what she did without some help.”
“Tamira’s all mine!” Vyxx stated. “I can get her to talk. Hell, give me enough time, I’ll get her to sing!” She was saying this like a threat and nothing more.
Pike chuckled evilly. “You’ll get that chance,” he told her. “But for now, just keep a close eye on her. As for Tag and the rest… We have another way to get info on him and his friends. Let things play out for now. If everyone does their job right, Tag and the rest will get an early retirement package and will be out of our hair, forever.” Pike walked over to Axel again, getting a bit of a mocking tone. “Think you can manage that, champ?”
The avian didn’t respond but looked to King who just narrowed his eyes ever so slightly. It was a sign to do what Pike said for now. “Then we have a plan,” Razor stated. “Although how will you keep tabs on Tag, Nicholas and the others?”
“Oh, I think I can convince a certain vixen to,” the lupine replied evilly. “And then there’s our agent. Right, Ashley?”
The white feline emerged from the shadows, having been here the whole time. It was her who had made contact with the Ring Master, High Command, and Lezo before the second race. She was the traitor and evil agent. Axel, King, and Krom were shocked, the crocodile more so than the other two. She grinned evilly and went over to Pike. “You have it right love,” she told him, placing a kiss on his cheek.
“Wait, I thought the plan was to use Meika despite you two not dating now when you once did,” Vyxx stated.
“Oh that vixen will be of use to me,” Pike said, his arm going around Ashley. “We use to roll together back in the day. My goal was to change her but she got too smart. I tried force, but she managed to get away from me. Her parents as well also blocked me from ever reaching her. But here the playing field is different. That vixen and her parents can’t stop me at all. Meika is very aware of what I’m capable of and the last thing she would want is her family or loved ones to get hurt or killed by me. I’ll remind her of that in due time. But it’ll be mostly Ashley here who will be doing the work.”
“And they don’t suspect anything yet babe,” the feline said. “Not even Nicholas. It seems that dumb male can be fooled.”
“This is why not only are you great for this job, but also for me gorgeous. You’re the kind of person I need by my side. Not Meika, she turned out to be the wrong female in more than one way. But as for Nicholas…” Here Pike snarled. “That bastard is too smart for his good. Our bosses have reason to suspect he and some of the others from his city along with Mr. Mane know more of what is going on. They are also a threat. They will also be dealt with. But like with Tag, dealing with him is a more personal business for me. I don’t know what is going on between him and Meika, but I will stop whatever it is.”
“Awww but honey, why should you care?” Ashley purred. “You and that vixen aren’t an item anymore.”
“No, but after she got away from me, I swore to hurt her and if that means separating her from Nicholas I will.”
The white feline in his arms let out a small evil laugh. “Perhaps I can help with that,” Ashley stated. “Now then, shall we head back to your quarters love? Maybe go like wild animals on your bed?” She meant sex.
“Sounds fun,” the lupine replied.
Meanwhile in Sonny’s room, the T.V. show had come to an end. The group was talking about how great it had been and to tell Nicholas about it. It was the same for Tamira as well. They were just about to turn the screen off when an accountment came on. The person reporting this stated that they were bringing viewers a worldwide live broadcast from a studio in Aispir City with someone from the IAC. “Wait, what’s this?” Tag asked.
In King’s office, Ashley’s phone went off before anyone could leave. “Who is calling me?” the feline asked, getting out of Pike’s arms. She pulled it out and answered. There was a pause and the female put it on speaker. A symbol appeared in the room, showing it was one of the High Command, the yellow colored one.
“Tune into this channel,” they said in the usual distorted voice and gave the number and from what station. Ashley brought it up on her phone and projected it onto a wall. Everyone saw a male rabbit sitting in a chair at a desk and dressed up nicely.
“I head up an international police task force which includes all member nations. I am Howard Z. Otherwise known as Zero.”
“What?” Vyxx asked. “Who is this guy?” Meika and her friends also wondered this as well while Tamira was watching this with interest.
Back at Aispir City in the HQ set up, Hart, Mr. Mane, and the investigators from that area were watching this as well. “So this is how it all begins,” the male lion stated.
“But sir I don’t get it,” one of those here said. “He’s never actually shown his face before now, right? Why would he choose do to it now?”
“It must mean Zero’s serious about this.”
“Zero, we’ve followed every one of your orders,” Mr. Mane thought in his head. “Now it’s time for you to prove what you said to the IAC.”
“An organization has been moving and committing crimes against the innocent and evil and they may have infiltrated the racing tournament that’s happening this season,” the rabbit on the screen stated. “I consider this crime to be the most atrocious act in history. I will not rest until the person or people responsible are brought to justice. I will hunt them and who they are working for, and I will find you.”
“Oh, he seems certain he’ll catch us and our bosses love,” Ashley told Pike with amusement. They, Razor, Vyxx, and Zeno knew this guy meant the Ring Masters, High Command, and Lezo due to how they had told these guys they were going to make their move by doing this.
“Hmph!” the lupine replied. “That fool. He’ll never find us or them. He’ll have to make the connection first! And as long as he doesn’t find that there won’t be any evidence to convict us! Which means catching you, me, them, or the rest will be virtually impossible.” This was due to how cleaver and how well the evidence at the crimes were covered up.
“Exactly,” the High Command member stated since they were still on the phone. “Like you Pike, we anticipated the police would get involved and that something like this might happen.”
“I’ve got a pretty good idea what your motivations might be and I can guess what you hope to achieve,” the rabbit on the screen said. “However… what you are doing right now is evil.”
Those in the office started at that. “You think… we’re evil?” the High Command on the phone replied. The rabbit smirked. “I and the others are justice! I protect the innocent and those who fear evil by creating order! I and the others will become masters and gods of a new world that everyone desires! All that who would oppose us and our plans, they are the ones who are truly evil!”
Those in the office were looking at the phone in silence at this outburst. “I guess you’re just too stupid… Zero,” the yellow High Command member said. “Too bad; this could have been a lot more interesting if you’d only been a bit smarter. Time to send out the Deadly Enforcers.”
“Oh… those guys,” Pike commented with an evil grin. “The special force for the Ring Masters and High Command. This oughta be fun to watch.”
“I’ll show Zero what happens when you cross us,” the High Command member said. “The entire world is watching…” The order was given. Then in just a minute, cloaked figures came bursting onto the screen, getting to the rabbit before taking him away. The one on the phone let out an evil laugh as did Pike and Ashley. Vyxx chuckled as did Razor. Krom, King, and Axel said nothing but looked on.
“What’s wrong?” Pike then said. “You’ve got nothing else to say?”
Just then the screen had the name Zero in the fancy writing appear and the smiles vanished. The real one then spoke after letting out a breath of surprise before speaking in the distorted voice. “I had to just this just in case but I… I never thought it would actuality happen,” the male said. “I can’t ignore it. It seems whoever you guys are are more serious about this than I guessed. I wouldn’t have believed it if hadn’t just witnessed it.” There was a pause for a few seconds. “Listen to me, right now. If you did have your forces break in and take out Howard Z., the rabbit you just saw talking on T.V., I should tell you that was an inmate whose execution was scheduled for today. That was not me.”
“What?!” Ashely asked in shock.
“The police arrested him absolute secrecy so you wouldn’t have heard about him on T.V. or through the internet. It seems that not even you have access to information about things of this sort.”
Pike let out a growl. “He got us there!” the lupine stated.
“But I assure you, Zero is real; I do exist! Now…. Try and get me!”
“You…. You bastard!” the High Command member exclaimed.
Those at the HQ heard that and began to stated comments if Zero was trying to get himself killed. In Aispir City the whole population was watching this and in amazement at this. But those in King’s Office, High Command, the Ring Masters, and Lezo couldn’t do anything as they heard Zero taunt them. The male then asked something in a mocking tone. “What’s the matter? Can’t any of you do it?”
There was a pause and his tone took a serious tone. “Well then, it appears none of you can get me after all.”
“God damn this guy,” Pike snarled.
“So there are some people you can’t commit crimes on. You’ve given me a useful hint. Let me return the favor. I’ll tell you something that I think you’ll find interesting. Although this was announced as a worldwide broadcast, the truth is we are only broadcasting from the main city of Aispir City in that region. I had planned to broadcast this message around the world until we found you. But it looks like that won’t be necessary anymore. I now know where one of you is operating from.”
“No way… this guy is too damn good,” Ashley growled.
Zero then went on to explain how the first of the crimes was on someone who only did business in Aispir City. Then using other examples from other targets, the investigator had been able to deduced that one of them was at that location. And their first victim, was little more than a test to see what they could do, which meant they hadn’t been doing this massive crime spree for very long. What the Ring Masters had done before with King for the RPG had only been for that. This was on a whole different level. “We decided to broadcast in Aispir City because of its large population, and luckily we found you. To be completely honest with you, I never expected things to go this well. But it won’t be too long before I am to sentience you and those with you to jail and death.”
“Zero has… certainly lived up to his expectations,” Hart told Mr. Mane. The rest were impressed.
“Indeed,” the lion agreed. “He proved that there is an evil organization, possibly that it is the Ring Masters and High Command, that they do exist, and one of them is here in Aispir City.”
“Naturally, I’m very interested to see how you will respond to this and maybe even to the racers not on your side,” Zero said. “But, I don’t mind waiting a little bit longer, you can answer all of my questions when I catch you. Let’s me again soon, okay?” The screen then went to static.
Mr. Mane then left HQ and to a plane that would take him to the next racing area. In Sonny’s room, the racers there were shocked as was Tamira. The pantheress was wondering if this Zero could be any potential help in their fight against this evil and if Riq knew this would happen which was why the feline had told her to watch the show. But Meika, Tag, Sonny, and Meelo were talking about this rapidly. The vixen was the most uncertain and frightened as this could mean danger for her friends and especially the husky she loved Nicholas. But in the end, Tag calmed them down by saying for now all they could do was race. After all, it wasn’t known fully if this evil truly had gotten into this racing tournament despite those three and Razor. So for now it was best to lay low despite how they had threatened King last season. It was too early for this group of racers to tell if he knew anything about this. Meika did wonder though if she should contact Nicholas about this on her phone since the two did have the other’s number. But she decided against it. But it was not needed for the husky got in contact with Riq. “It’s just like you said it would happen,” he told the tiger on the other end of the line. “It seems we have a new powerful person on our side against this fight. Only time will tell what’s going to happen. For now I’ll keep my eye on Tag and the others as well as on other things. It’s best we lay low for now.”
In King’s office, those there were starring in shock at this. “Really?” the High Command member on the phone said. “He’s going to sentence us to jail and death? Sounds interesting. Pike, the races will still continue despite this. But the rest of High Command, Lezo, and the Ring Masters have seen this and they agree with me. We accept Zero’s challenge. Just keep doing what you’ve been doing and then when the time is right, strike. We will be investigating this Zero character and who ever may be working for him.”
“Yes, leave it to us,” Ashley replied. “They won’t win.”
“You’re damn right,” Pike agreed. King knew he couldn’t make his move now so the guy kept quiet. The lupine turned to his evil feline girlfriend. “So then, I still think you wanted me to pound you?”
“Oh yes,” she replied. “But let’s be careful after all; no need to get caught.” The two then left one at a time before the rest followed. Nobody else saw them. Things were finally moving forward. And now it was on to the next race.

So there you have it. Ashley is the traitor and evil one as well as being the one Pike is with. Not Meika. I am curious to know how many people suspected it was her if at all. Also when coming up with this character, I wanted an evil female to not only go to hell with Pike but also because Meika isn't his girl or should be the one to be with the enemy. I'll never forgive the studio for that decision.

It would appear those on the side of good have another person fighting with them and he should appear I would think in episode 22 if not 23. As for Zero, the idea was that since this game is one of the greatest cat and mouse ones, why not create one detective that will help us beat Pike and the other evil ones in the shadows? Things are going to get interesting. Also the part in the lounge where Meelo left Meika and Sonny is exactly what happens in the episode so check it out if you want to see what happened there. Also notice how Vyxx has no feelings for Tamira; only wanting to hurt the pantheress. So get any ideas of sex between the two out of your heads.

At last the show will continue. But before we celebrate, we don't know if this episode will be in English and if the rest will follow quickly behind in English as well. On top of that, we have no idea if season 2 is it and if the story will end on a definite note. It's possible considering how much trouble the creators have with getting to this point. I hope whatever the case is the show will end on a fine note. So what does that mean for this story of me and Meika? Well after calculating, all that are left will be 13 more chapters or so before we come to where season 2 left off with episode 21. However that is too early before the next episode is out. So therefore, it will be at that point I will begin to make things right with Meika in those horrid situations by showing the whole world the correct ones. And not just by myself but in other ways as well. Because now that we know episode 22 is coming, I will work that into this story as well. However, if there will be a season 3, none of those episodes will make it into this story as that would be too long for waiting. And if there is only a second season, rest assured, that this story of me and Meika will have a third and final season because at the end of season 2, there will still be things that need to be shown and answered. But I can promise this; the ending Meika should have had, the true happy ending will be with me and that is the truth. Now let's get to the chapter.

Racing World
Moving Forward and Declaration of War
The Ark the following day took off into the air for where the next race would be held at. Nicholas was still basking in his happy mood of winning two races in a row and best of all Pike being beaten so many times. What nobody knew was that the evil lupine himself was in his quarters. The room was dark because he was in contact with the Ring Masters, High Command, and Lezo. The guy even had on special glasses like what Torres and that other agent used. The guy had just finished giving his report. “And that’s pretty much it,” the male stated. “Everything is going according to plan and nobody suspects a thing.”
“Excellent,” the blue Ring Master replied.
“Has King been giving you any trouble?” the purple Ring Master asked.
“King?” Pike scoffed. “He hasn’t quiet woken up to the fact that he’s not in charge anymore. I’ve got him and everything else on a tight leash.”
“Do you?” stated the light green Master. “Really? Tag took out the whole lot of you during the second race. Then there’s the fact Nicholas has managed to best you in the races following and even taken first in the last two. Some of us are beginning to wonder if I made the right choice putting you in charge.”
“Oh well? What can I say? Tag, Nicholas, and their friends are pretty good. But I’m better. None of them and especially those two won’t get lucky a fourth time. You have my word, boss.”
“Very well, the plan is in place,” went the gold High Command member. “We will be doing our part as well to deal with those from Aispir City with our special units.”
“Make it happen Pike,” the light green Ring Master warned the lupine. “Or else.”
The call was then cut and the guy took off the glasses while the room’s lights turned back on. “My, my,” said Vyxx. She was in the same room. “Sounds like your boss is in a foul mood.”
“When is he ever in a good mood?” the male asked while putting the glasses away in their secure hiding spot. “Besides, your boss is the one who started it.”
“So what now?”
“Now, we remind everyone who’s in charge. Gather the troops.”
Meanwhile in Sonny’s room, Meika and the bear were on one of his video games and versing. Meelo. “Watch out for the troops!” Sonny exclaimed.
“What do you think I’m doing?!” she stated. “I’m trying to keep them off of you!”
The reason she was in here was because Nicholas was busy with a meeting. So she was just killing time until the husky was finished with that. “Well, try harder!” Sonny exclaimed.
“Hey, you do your job, and I’ll do mine.”
“Ah, you two,” Meelo said happily. “Resistance, is futile. You cannot defeat me! I’m a space commander with a genius level of intellect and a creature of singular focus! A monumental-“
“So Meelo; when are you gonna ask Vyxx out on a date?” Meika then asked with a grin. That caused the chameleon to blush and break his focus. Sonny and Meika took out Meelo’s ship since this video game was a space battling one.
The bear laughed. “Take that creature of focus!” Sonny stated.
“You’re a monumental alright,” Meika commented teasingly. “A monument to loosing!”
Both her and the bear burst out laughing. “Now that was just downright dirty!” Meelo said, standing up.
“What can I say buddy?” Sonny replied. “All’s fair in love and galactic conquest.”
Meika laughed a little more. “Nicely said!” she commented and the two did a hi five.
Tag then entered the room and Sonny greeted him. “Hey guys, have you seen…?” the tiger began but then spotted who he was looking for. “Oh there you are Meelo, I’m in need of a favor.”
“Forget it!” the chameleon replied, tossing his game control over his shoulder and crossed his arms. “Not going to happen!”
“Lover boy here is a sore loser,” Meika stated with a grin.
Tag rolled his eyes with amusement. “You help me out with this, and I promise I won’t make fun of you and Vyxx for a whole week.”
“Make it two,” Meelo insisted.
“Deal!”
The chameleon let out a sigh. “Let’s go.”
“Hey, hold up guys,” Meika said, both her and Sonny looking over the top of the couch they were sitting at. “We’ll come with!”
They both began to get up. “No!” Meelo told them firmly. “You two stay here! I’ve had quiet enough of you for today!”
He and Tag left and the door closed shut. “Think we went too far?” Sonny asked the vixen as they sat back down.
“I don’t know… Maybe?” she replied. The two then burst out laughing again.
The door opened again and Mia and Nicholas walked in. “Well you two are in a good mood,” the panda stated with a grin.
“What’s so funny?” the husky asked.
“Oh, just teasing Meelo about him and Vyxx,” Meika replied with a grin.
“Meh, I don’t even think they look good together,” Nicholas stated and went by her side.
“So, why are you two here?” Sonny asked.
“Ying Yang here happened to be passing by me while I came here,” the canine answered, referring to Mia. “So we both decided to visit. Sorry that meeting took so long.”
“No worries about it!” the vixen said with a smile.
“Well then perhaps maybe we can meet up at the lounge later to eat. I’m getting hungry.”
“Sure! See you there!”
However it turned out only Meelo was there first. Meika and Sonny had invited him to try to apologize but the chameleon wasn’t buying it. The vixen did point out that as of lately it was only them who had really been hanging out. Sonny suggested the others had their own schedules to keep. But then Meelo had to go because of a message sent to his phone. He ignored the other two trying to tell him to come back since this was important. But then Nicholas, Mia, Cody, Kira, and Jacob joined in. “Thought we’d drop by,” the avian said as they all took a seat.
“Hope it’s not a bad thing man,” the male otter commented. Sonny and Meika grinned and then they all began to talk. It was a fun time and Nicholas even made the vixen laugh at one point. He then mentioned a show that would be happening later next evening that he thought she and the rest that he had hosted would like.
“I mean it might be hard for Tamira to get to watch it but I’ll let her know to,” the husky said. “It airs from an Aispir City channel and the Ark can get it. I’ve tried it myself.”
“Sounds awesome!” Meika stated. “Sonny’s got the best seat on the Ark!”
“Besides me?” The two grinned. “Say where is Meelo and Tamira?”
“No idea,” the bear said. “Meelo was here but then he had to go.”
“Well I’ll find those two and pass the message along later.”
Meanwhile the chameleon himself had made it to his room and entered. It was dark in here. The guy brought out his phone after the door was closed. “I got your message,” he stated to the other in here. It was Tamira. “You can come out.” She stepped forward. “You know, there is a light switch in here.”
“It’s better if nobody knows I’m here,” the pantheress replied. “Any progress with the-“
“Shhhh!” went Meelo. “Wait!” He took her to a different room in his quarters.
“Security protocols!” the chameleon explained. “You can never be too sure who’s listening.”
“Any progress with the black box?”
Meelo went over to the desk ahead of him. The thing was on it and there were a number of monitors here that were part of the computer. Each one had showed different types of data on each screen. “Whoever came up with the encryption program for this thing deserves a medal.”
“What do you mean?” Tamira asked impatiently.
“First of all, the data can’t be copied of this box,” Meelo answered. “Any attempt to do that will fry the whole thing!”
“So we can’t make any backups.”
“It doesn’t stop there. I’ve recovered all the deleted data you told me about. But it’s useless!”
“Useless?” she asked in surprise.
“Useless! Of no use; gibberish! I’ve been running every known decrypting algorithm against it for months! But I still can’t make any sense out of it!”
“Someone really doesn’t want us to know what’s in there,” Tamira said, getting a thoughtful look.
“And they did a good job to make sure it stays that way.” Her glaring frown came out as usual. She sighed in frustration. The two then left that room.
“I have to ask though, why are we being so secretive about this? Maybe one of the others can help.”
“No!” Tamira stated. “The fewer people know about this, the better.”
If you say so… Anyhow, until we can make any sense of the code, there’s nothing we can do but focus on the race.” The racers knew where it would take place next.
But what those on the side of good didn’t know was that others who were on their side were beginning to make their move just like those on the side of evil. Mr. Mane himself wasn’t on the Ark at the moment. The Lion was back in Aispir City for a meeting. And not just any. It was a meeting with the IAC or International Agent Committee. These were all the secret investigation teams of the entire world, each represented by individuals. So that meant the ones from Aispir City and from Tag and Mile’s home area were here to. And the reason they were meeting was a very serious one. Ever since the name Ring Masters and High Command had come up, these organizations had tried to be looked into a bit but nothing had come up. Crimes were happening around the world right now, and many were suspecting it was these enemies. Especially since they were from the criminal underworld and had controlled the racing world for years. But there was no evidence pointing to them. In fact, it was pointing to others. “There have been 25 crimes, both online and physical that we are aware of,” the representative of the entire meeting was stating into a mike. “And that’s just within the last two weeks.”
The meeting was taking place in a large room with rows where the people could sit at. Each had their own mike to talk into. “Every single one of them had evidence of who did it wiped out,” another representative stated. “Even the physical crimes have turned up nothing.”
“All of these were either done to those who are innocent and criminals. And I think it’s safe to assume there could be others we’re unaware of,” the one leading this said.
“In which case the total could well be over 100; maybe to a thousand,” a different person stated. Everyone else began to talk amongst those with them.
Mr. Mane then came in and sat with the two representatives of his city. Since he had been trying to help by finding out about the Ring Masters and High Command, the guy was allowed to sit in on these. Also it was because he was one of those who had organized the racing tournament to and those evil groups were really in control. Next to him sat a male snapping turtle from Tag and Miles’ home city. “At any rate, the criminals who were affected shouldn’t mater since they have broken the law,” another representative stated.
“Why should it matter if it’s a criminal or someone who’s innocent?!” the one leading this meeting stated. “Last time I checked what has been happening as of late is still breaking the law!”
“It’s still too early to tell if it’s criminals doing this,” another at the meeting said.
“Then how come not only have money and things been stolen, but also lives taken as well?! That’s not a righteous act; it’s crimes!”
“You think it’s possible that someone or some people are out there right now behind this?”
“We’re treating this as a master plot carried out by an organization!” a different representative said.
“But how can we even begin?” someone stated. “All evidence we’ve tried to find hasn’t been at all. The online attacks are using such skilled hackers not only can they erase all evidence of being there, the code changes every time and they are one we’ve never seen before.”
“Even forensics are failing in this field for the physical crimes,” another representatives said. “There is no pattern to these at all that we can see. They seem to be random. I don’t see what else we can do.”
“If that’s the case, then it looks like we have no choice but to bring in Zero!” the one leading this meeting announced. Everyone else went quiet and began mummering amongst themselves. Mr. Mane got a deep in thought look. This person mentioned was considered to be the world’s greatest detective. Nobody knew what he looked like, his whereabouts, or even his real name. All they did know was that this specie had managed to solve every case he had ever taken on. And had managed to solve some of the greatest mysteries the world had ever seen. He hid in the shadows, but was the best of the best. A last resort, a trump card.
“But I heard this Zero is extremely arrogant!” one of the representatives stated. “I understand he’ll only take on cases that he’s personally interested in!”
“That’s exactly right!” another agreed. “Besides, we don’t know how to contact him!”
“Zero is already on the move,” went a different voice, a female one.
Everyone stopped talking and looked to their right to see a person walking in who was new. Even though the voice showed it was a female, the body was fully covered up by a long black trench cloak. In fact, she was fully hidden in the color black and nobody could make out any features. They watched this person walk and stop in the center of the room. “Everyone, Zero has already begun his investigation into these matters.” The rest gathered here knew that this person was the only one able to get in contact with the investigator mentioned. Nobody knew her true identity either. But the name for them was known as Lottery. “Please be silent. Zero would now like to address those here.”
The person was carrying a briefcase and opened it showing it was a laptop. Once opened, it showed the name Zero in a fancy goth like style. There was also a large screen in the room that was behind Lottery. It turned on showing the image on the laptop. Then a voice spoke, but distorted in a good way unlike the Ring Masters and High Command. “Greetings to all of you at the IAC. I am Zero. The difficulty of this case lies in its unpresented scope. And make no mistake, we’re witnessing an atrocious act of mass crime, one that is unforgivable. Especially since some evidence found seems to point to towards the racing season that is happening this year.” There was more mummering. It was like the ones here thought. It was the Ring Masters and High Command, or so it seemed. “This case cannot be solved without the full corporation of the IAC. That is all of the police organizations you represent throughout the world. You need to make the decision to fully support the investigation at this meeting. Also, I require addition corporation from the police agency from the area of Aispir City.”
Mr. Mane and those from his city stood up in surprise. The snapping turtle from Tag and Mile’s area looked on deep in thought. “What?” the lion asked. “Why our city in particular?””
“Whether the guilty party is an individual or a group, there’s a strong possibility that they are from there. And even if they’re not, we can be sure at least one of them is hiding there.”
“What is all this based on?”
“Why Aispir City you ask?” Zero replied. “I think I’ll be able to provide you proof of that after I directly confront the culprit.”
“A direct confrontation?” Mr. Mane asked.
“At any rate, I would like to set up the investigation headquarters in Aispir City.” The person then stated if those from Tag and Mile’s area wanted to help, they could. It was that way that the snapping turtle investigator was introduced to the lion mayor. His name was Hart, and he had a light grey overcoat with a dark purple tie and white dress shirt. His eyes were orange and had grey purple colored skin with some dark spots.
As it turned out things got very interesting the next evening. Meika and those who had been hosted by Nicholas except for Tamira gathered in Sonny’s room to watch the show Nicholas had mentioned. The husky himself and the rest of the good racers from his city had other plans so they couldn’t watch. Tamira didn’t join this time but got a call from Riq to tune into it for some reason even if the tiger wouldn’t say why. This puzzle the pantheress since Nicholas had told her to as well. So the feline humored them and watched as well. Seeing it, Tamira had to admit she liked it and perhaps next time she would watch with the others. But she was also trying to see if there was something hidden in this show but there wasn’t. Meanwhile in King’s office, the gathering of the evil racers could finally being. Torres was doing her part to make sure nobody came in which was why the Ringmaster spy wasn’t in here. The hippopotamus had his phone out and looking at it angrily while walking in. “Some me to my own office, will you?” he stated in anger under his breath referring to Pike. “We’ll see about-“
“King!” the lupine called to him in a mocking tone. “You’re late.” The said guy looked up to see the asshole was sitting at his desk with his feet up on the desk. Vyxx, Zeno, and Razor were on the lupine’s left while Krom and Axel were on his right. “You think with the kind of money you have, you could afford to hire someone to tell you what time it is. Or a watch, whatever.”
“I had some business to attend to with the press,” King stated sternly walking up to the desk.
“Yeah, sure you did,” Pike relied dismissively. He then rose up and got serious. “Now that everyone’s here, we can finally get down to business.”
“Started with what?” Axel asked, his arms crossed as usual.
“Well to being with, how about a reminder of what a terrible job you’re doing?” Vyxx laughed with amusement.
“Excuse me?” the avian asked in a bit of anger.
Pike picked up a magazine with Tag’s face on it. “The goal was to push Tag and his buddies so low down the rankings that they’ll never be able to race in another tournament again,” Pike said, then threw the magazine down onto the ground. “The same goes for Nicholas and his friends. “Quick, clean, legal.” He emphasized that last word while walking on the magazine towards Axel. “And yet, you kept letting Tag, Nicholas, and Victor get the better of you.” Pike poked the avian in the chest a little after that sentence.
“Uh, didn’t Tag managed to take you three out in one go during the second race while the last one was a combination of Nicholas and the others?” King replied.
“None of them would have gotten there in the first place if Mr. Fake Champ had done his part!”
Axel’s eyes widened a little bit, a spark of hatred for the lupine being planted. “I don’t get it,” Krom said. “Why don’t we just bump them off the race? You know… permanently?”
Vyxx scoffed. “Told you that’s the best he’d come up with,” she said to Pike.
The guy sighed with frustration and went to the crocodile. “Because my dimwitted friend, there’s already too much attention in the wrong places as it is. Plus, there are some lose ends. Until we tie them up, we can’t make our move.”
“Lose ends?” King asked.
“One, Tag still has the black box,” Pike stated. “As long as he has it, he has leverage. Two, Meelo. Our data basis were guaranteed to be secure. And yet that little lizard has hacked into our systems not once, but twice! He’s a threat! One that must be dealt with in time.” That sentence was directed to Zeno who nodded in understanding. “And three, Tamira. Our bosses are convinced that she’s not working alone. She couldn’t have done what she did without some help.”
“Tamira’s all mine!” Vyxx stated. “I can get her to talk. Hell, give me enough time, I’ll get her to sing!” She was saying this like a threat and nothing more.
Pike chuckled evilly. “You’ll get that chance,” he told her. “But for now, just keep a close eye on her. As for Tag and the rest… We have another way to get info on him and his friends. Let things play out for now. If everyone does their job right, Tag and the rest will get an early retirement package and will be out of our hair, forever.” Pike walked over to Axel again, getting a bit of a mocking tone. “Think you can manage that, champ?”
The avian didn’t respond but looked to King who just narrowed his eyes ever so slightly. It was a sign to do what Pike said for now. “Then we have a plan,” Razor stated. “Although how will you keep tabs on Tag, Nicholas and the others?”
“Oh, I think I can convince a certain vixen to,” the lupine replied evilly. “And then there’s our agent. Right, Ashley?”
The white feline emerged from the shadows, having been here the whole time. It was her who had made contact with the Ring Master, High Command, and Lezo before the second race. She was the traitor and evil agent. Axel, King, and Krom were shocked, the crocodile more so than the other two. She grinned evilly and went over to Pike. “You have it right love,” she told him, placing a kiss on his cheek.
“Wait, I thought the plan was to use Meika despite you two not dating now when you once did,” Vyxx stated.
“Oh that vixen will be of use to me,” Pike said, his arm going around Ashley. “We use to roll together back in the day. My goal was to change her but she got too smart. I tried force, but she managed to get away from me. Her parents as well also blocked me from ever reaching her. But here the playing field is different. That vixen and her parents can’t stop me at all. Meika is very aware of what I’m capable of and the last thing she would want is her family or loved ones to get hurt or killed by me. I’ll remind her of that in due time. But it’ll be mostly Ashley here who will be doing the work.”
“And they don’t suspect anything yet babe,” the feline said. “Not even Nicholas. It seems that dumb male can be fooled.”
“This is why not only are you great for this job, but also for me gorgeous. You’re the kind of person I need by my side. Not Meika, she turned out to be the wrong female in more than one way. But as for Nicholas…” Here Pike snarled. “That bastard is too smart for his good. Our bosses have reason to suspect he and some of the others from his city along with Mr. Mane know more of what is going on. They are also a threat. They will also be dealt with. But like with Tag, dealing with him is a more personal business for me. I don’t know what is going on between him and Meika, but I will stop whatever it is.”
“Awww but honey, why should you care?” Ashley purred. “You and that vixen aren’t an item anymore.”
“No, but after she got away from me, I swore to hurt her and if that means separating her from Nicholas I will.”
The white feline in his arms let out a small evil laugh. “Perhaps I can help with that,” Ashley stated. “Now then, shall we head back to your quarters love? Maybe go like wild animals on your bed?” She meant sex.
“Sounds fun,” the lupine replied.
Meanwhile in Sonny’s room, the T.V. show had come to an end. The group was talking about how great it had been and to tell Nicholas about it. It was the same for Tamira as well. They were just about to turn the screen off when an accountment came on. The person reporting this stated that they were bringing viewers a worldwide live broadcast from a studio in Aispir City with someone from the IAC. “Wait, what’s this?” Tag asked.
In King’s office, Ashley’s phone went off before anyone could leave. “Who is calling me?” the feline asked, getting out of Pike’s arms. She pulled it out and answered. There was a pause and the female put it on speaker. A symbol appeared in the room, showing it was one of the High Command, the yellow colored one.
“Tune into this channel,” they said in the usual distorted voice and gave the number and from what station. Ashley brought it up on her phone and projected it onto a wall. Everyone saw a male rabbit sitting in a chair at a desk and dressed up nicely.
“I head up an international police task force which includes all member nations. I am Howard Z. Otherwise known as Zero.”
“What?” Vyxx asked. “Who is this guy?” Meika and her friends also wondered this as well while Tamira was watching this with interest.
Back at Aispir City in the HQ set up, Hart, Mr. Mane, and the investigators from that area were watching this as well. “So this is how it all begins,” the male lion stated.
“But sir I don’t get it,” one of those here said. “He’s never actually shown his face before now, right? Why would he choose do to it now?”
“It must mean Zero’s serious about this.”
“Zero, we’ve followed every one of your orders,” Mr. Mane thought in his head. “Now it’s time for you to prove what you said to the IAC.”
“An organization has been moving and committing crimes against the innocent and evil and they may have infiltrated the racing tournament that’s happening this season,” the rabbit on the screen stated. “I consider this crime to be the most atrocious act in history. I will not rest until the person or people responsible are brought to justice. I will hunt them and who they are working for, and I will find you.”
“Oh, he seems certain he’ll catch us and our bosses love,” Ashley told Pike with amusement. They, Razor, Vyxx, and Zeno knew this guy meant the Ring Masters, High Command, and Lezo due to how they had told these guys they were going to make their move by doing this.
“Hmph!” the lupine replied. “That fool. He’ll never find us or them. He’ll have to make the connection first! And as long as he doesn’t find that there won’t be any evidence to convict us! Which means catching you, me, them, or the rest will be virtually impossible.” This was due to how cleaver and how well the evidence at the crimes were covered up.
“Exactly,” the High Command member stated since they were still on the phone. “Like you Pike, we anticipated the police would get involved and that something like this might happen.”
“I’ve got a pretty good idea what your motivations might be and I can guess what you hope to achieve,” the rabbit on the screen said. “However… what you are doing right now is evil.”
Those in the office started at that. “You think… we’re evil?” the High Command on the phone replied. The rabbit smirked. “I and the others are justice! I protect the innocent and those who fear evil by creating order! I and the others will become masters and gods of a new world that everyone desires! All that who would oppose us and our plans, they are the ones who are truly evil!”
Those in the office were looking at the phone in silence at this outburst. “I guess you’re just too stupid… Zero,” the yellow High Command member said. “Too bad; this could have been a lot more interesting if you’d only been a bit smarter. Time to send out the Deadly Enforcers.”
“Oh… those guys,” Pike commented with an evil grin. “The special force for the Ring Masters and High Command. This oughta be fun to watch.”
“I’ll show Zero what happens when you cross us,” the High Command member said. “The entire world is watching…” The order was given. Then in just a minute, cloaked figures came bursting onto the screen, getting to the rabbit before taking him away. The one on the phone let out an evil laugh as did Pike and Ashley. Vyxx chuckled as did Razor. Krom, King, and Axel said nothing but looked on.
“What’s wrong?” Pike then said. “You’ve got nothing else to say?”
Just then the screen had the name Zero in the fancy writing appear and the smiles vanished. The real one then spoke after letting out a breath of surprise before speaking in the distorted voice. “I had to just this just in case but I… I never thought it would actuality happen,” the male said. “I can’t ignore it. It seems whoever you guys are are more serious about this than I guessed. I wouldn’t have believed it if hadn’t just witnessed it.” There was a pause for a few seconds. “Listen to me, right now. If you did have your forces break in and take out Howard Z., the rabbit you just saw talking on T.V., I should tell you that was an inmate whose execution was scheduled for today. That was not me.”
“What?!” Ashely asked in shock.
“The police arrested him absolute secrecy so you wouldn’t have heard about him on T.V. or through the internet. It seems that not even you have access to information about things of this sort.”
Pike let out a growl. “He got us there!” the lupine stated.
“But I assure you, Zero is real; I do exist! Now…. Try and get me!”
“You…. You bastard!” the High Command member exclaimed.
Those at the HQ heard that and began to stated comments if Zero was trying to get himself killed. In Aispir City the whole population was watching this and in amazement at this. But those in King’s Office, High Command, the Ring Masters, and Lezo couldn’t do anything as they heard Zero taunt them. The male then asked something in a mocking tone. “What’s the matter? Can’t any of you do it?”
There was a pause and his tone took a serious tone. “Well then, it appears none of you can get me after all.”
“God damn this guy,” Pike snarled.
“So there are some people you can’t commit crimes on. You’ve given me a useful hint. Let me return the favor. I’ll tell you something that I think you’ll find interesting. Although this was announced as a worldwide broadcast, the truth is we are only broadcasting from the main city of Aispir City in that region. I had planned to broadcast this message around the world until we found you. But it looks like that won’t be necessary anymore. I now know where one of you is operating from.”
“No way… this guy is too damn good,” Ashley growled.
Zero then went on to explain how the first of the crimes was on someone who only did business in Aispir City. Then using other examples from other targets, the investigator had been able to deduced that one of them was at that location. And their first victim, was little more than a test to see what they could do, which meant they hadn’t been doing this massive crime spree for very long. What the Ring Masters had done before with King for the RPG had only been for that. This was on a whole different level. “We decided to broadcast in Aispir City because of its large population, and luckily we found you. To be completely honest with you, I never expected things to go this well. But it won’t be too long before I am to sentience you and those with you to jail and death.”
“Zero has… certainly lived up to his expectations,” Hart told Mr. Mane. The rest were impressed.
“Indeed,” the lion agreed. “He proved that there is an evil organization, possibly that it is the Ring Masters and High Command, that they do exist, and one of them is here in Aispir City.”
“Naturally, I’m very interested to see how you will respond to this and maybe even to the racers not on your side,” Zero said. “But, I don’t mind waiting a little bit longer, you can answer all of my questions when I catch you. Let’s me again soon, okay?” The screen then went to static.
Mr. Mane then left HQ and to a plane that would take him to the next racing area. In Sonny’s room, the racers there were shocked as was Tamira. The pantheress was wondering if this Zero could be any potential help in their fight against this evil and if Riq knew this would happen which was why the feline had told her to watch the show. But Meika, Tag, Sonny, and Meelo were talking about this rapidly. The vixen was the most uncertain and frightened as this could mean danger for her friends and especially the husky she loved Nicholas. But in the end, Tag calmed them down by saying for now all they could do was race. After all, it wasn’t known fully if this evil truly had gotten into this racing tournament despite those three and Razor. So for now it was best to lay low despite how they had threatened King last season. It was too early for this group of racers to tell if he knew anything about this. Meika did wonder though if she should contact Nicholas about this on her phone since the two did have the other’s number. But she decided against it. But it was not needed for the husky got in contact with Riq. “It’s just like you said it would happen,” he told the tiger on the other end of the line. “It seems we have a new powerful person on our side against this fight. Only time will tell what’s going to happen. For now I’ll keep my eye on Tag and the others as well as on other things. It’s best we lay low for now.”
In King’s office, those there were starring in shock at this. “Really?” the High Command member on the phone said. “He’s going to sentence us to jail and death? Sounds interesting. Pike, the races will still continue despite this. But the rest of High Command, Lezo, and the Ring Masters have seen this and they agree with me. We accept Zero’s challenge. Just keep doing what you’ve been doing and then when the time is right, strike. We will be investigating this Zero character and who ever may be working for him.”
“Yes, leave it to us,” Ashley replied. “They won’t win.”
“You’re damn right,” Pike agreed. King knew he couldn’t make his move now so the guy kept quiet. The lupine turned to his evil feline girlfriend. “So then, I still think you wanted me to pound you?”
“Oh yes,” she replied. “But let’s be careful after all; no need to get caught.” The two then left one at a time before the rest followed. Nobody else saw them. Things were finally moving forward. And now it was on to the next race.

So there you have it. Ashley is the traitor and evil one as well as being the one Pike is with. Not Meika. I am curious to know how many people suspected it was her if at all. Also when coming up with this character, I wanted an evil female to not only go to hell with Pike but also because Meika isn't his girl or should be the one to be with the enemy. I'll never forgive the studio for that decision.

It would appear those on the side of good have another person fighting with them and he should appear I would think in episode 22 if not 23. As for Zero, the idea was that since this game is one of the greatest cat and mouse ones, why not create one detective that will help us beat Pike and the other evil ones in the shadows? Things are going to get interesting. Also the part in the lounge where Meelo left Meika and Sonny is exactly what happens in the episode so check it out if you want to see what happened there. Also notice how Vyxx has no feelings for Tamira; only wanting to hurt the pantheress. So get any ideas of sex between the two out of your heads.
