An adopt i got about a year ago, and finally got around to adjusting the design and actually drawing her. c:
I don't know if she has a species, so I'm kinda making it up as I go.
Pronounced "vahl-eye"
Estimating, I'd say her age is around 13/14. Alike to my other characters she will be generally small. Say about 4'3.
This is just a doodle, i promise she has legs i just need to make her an actual ref (I got artblock half way in)

Vallie got her name from her intense interests in magic as she aged. She wasn't surrounded by it as a small child, but found fairytales and potions more than entertaining. Except when she begun to try teaching herself, a mistake costed her. Not only did it effect her to the point she halted aging past thirteen, but her eyesight was completely distorted, and memories mostly taken away. Absolutely blind, Vallie depends on her other senses, luckily having extremely good hearing. Though, this is quite costly, as she isn't reactive, and can get lost quite easily. Despite her incurable disability, she still finds comfort and knowledge in magic. Its not really known whether the horn atop her head appeared after the incident, or if she had it before.
