Unfortunately Vic was cought by the wizard and was placed in his dungeon. To resque him Shao hired other Pandarian that was expert in stealth - Xiubing and they both went to resque Vic from the Mad Wizard. What they didn't know that Vic actually really enjoyed his torture despit being contantly filling with Green Jelly that he really don't like.
