I can't believe I'm doing this...
Burgerpants in the middle of lowering his pants and boxer to expose more of his lower belly. He needs money. Some guy proposed to give him quite a large amount, but only if he can punch Burgerpants's belly and lower belly as much as he want. Burgerpants clearly didn't want to accept, but the amount of money was too enticing for him to refuse.
