Roy Carrara is one of the two main characters in my Long Division book series. This bear hails from Chicago, where he is the proprietor of a specialty shop for men’s clothing and lives with the love of his life, a coyote named Tracy Becker.

This drawing by Soot Ashby is based on a story that appeared in my book, “Roy: Between Marco & Tracy”. It was also published in the Virtual Furnal Equinox 2021, Pixel Purrfect conbook. In that tale, Roy revisits a pastime from his his youth when he and Tracy go for a spin around a roller rink.
