In Socktember ankle socks are preparing for their final cleaning before Winter hibernation, while knee high and thigh high socks are venturing ever further from the protection of their drawers. This timing provides bountiful prey for pizzly bear cubs, especially those assisted by plushie companions.

Here we see a large colony of assorted sock species, completely unaware of the peril they are in as this padded predator closes in preparing to pounce.

Their only hope, an adult remembers the socks are vulnerable and either moves them to safety or locks the cub in the play pen until the laundry is done. But even then, with such a determined predator can they ever be truly safe?
