Mer-Hound
While working on my Mermay drawings, I got a request from "RowserlotStudios1993" of DeviantArt to make this one.
It's Dixie from [i]The Fox and the Hound 2[/i] as a mermaid, and as usual I had to do an image search to get the character just right.
