I'll probably be called crazy for improving what was otherwise a crappy card but I'd call people crazy for thinking it was worth banning. The combo responsible doesn't even work anymore. Here's the new effect:
"This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, increase the ATK of this card by 1000 points and your opponent skips his/her next Draw Phase. If this card attacks directly by this effect, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Damage Step. You cannot change the Battle Position of this card until the end of your next turn."
