The Bat Cave
Welcome to The Bat Cave.
I commissioned this picture as a gift to some of the people who were early adopters of the Cave and have continued to hang around, shaping it into what it is. The cross section here has changed a bit since the plan started, but as a massive piece of work it's taken a while to finish. Ram's not around as much as he used to be (though still pops in from time to time) and Bryson is...well he's a jerboa/mouse not an otter BUT this is like a snap shot of the old days. There would be more people in it but things get expensive when paying for gift group art. Someday (maybe) there will be a part 2 with different people in it?
The group was founded in 2014 and this gradually started to take shape as a concept about a year later in the summer of 2015. I did a lot of brain storming with :underscore bicon: and he was a tremendous help in fleshing out the layout and general design of this picture. He was then moral support/psychological crutch to :wannaberileyicon: who did all the artwork you see here and is probably much saner now for having finished it. I'm a little sorry both of them were saddled with such a big single piece of work (it's huge; zoom in on it (like no really, it's HUGE. ZOOM IN ON IT.)) but I'm eternally grateful to both of them for bringing this idea to life for me <3
