It appears I have finally drawn one of my Warcraft characters than isn't Mayima. I deserve an award, namely the "you finally drew your non favourite character" award.

So here we are, I'd like to introduce you all to Miacatlana Nor'talis, my OTHER Night Elf character.

Name: Miacatlana Nor'Talis (Skywing)
Age: 362
Gender: Female
Race: Night Elf
Class: Hunter
Physical Description:
Approaching the shorter side of the height spectrum for Night Elves Miacatlana barely scrapes 6'8", and combined with a slightly built and soft delicate features she makes for a prime example of Kal'dorei beauty, though she seems rather oblivious of this fact. She often wears only simple leathers most suitable for her outdoorsy lifestyle, and dresses up only for traditional celebrations and feast days. Her hair is a shimmering white cut just below shoulder length with slight curls and a fringe, all held back by a blue hairband made for her by cousin when she was a child.
History:
Mia was born to Tharok and Malliti Skywing a few hundred years before the first and second wars, uneffected by either of them, and raised by her father and cousin Mayima. Her mother Matlliti died in childbirth, leaving the family devestated, but in time healed while caring for the youngest edition to the family group. Mia grew up traditionally, training to be a sentinel hunter from the tender age of 70 (human age of 4-5) learning the lore and morals of night elf society, and the history of the people, while also gaining valuble practice of weapon use. She had an enfinety with the bow and a way with the wild animals of Winterspring making her well known by the priestesses and druids, and they kept a close eye on her from a young age.
During the third war she was 340 years old (around 17 in human years), and not yet old enough to take up arms against the orcs invading Ashenvale. Even so she and the rest of the family travelled to Astrannar, as Mayima was sent into battle along with her parents Tano and Riktel Skywing, the former staying out in the trees for days on end while the others returned to Astrannar daily. One day though Mayima returned with two prisoners, a high elf and human mage, both of which were part of Jaina Proudmoores expedition group. At first Mia was scared of the newcomers with their pale sickly skin and tiny ears that looked barely functional, but soon grew fond of the high elf man who told her stories of his land in Quel thalas, due to his language of Thalassian being similar to Darnassian, the tongue of the night elves. He also taught her and Mayima both the Common and Thalassian tongues to help with communication in later life.
After the destruction of Nordrassil, Mia completed her training and received her tattoos to symbolize this, then began to travel with Mayima to the Eastern Kingdoms. It was on one of these journeys 2 years later when Mayima was killed by a common ghoul in the western plauguelands, with a swift snap of her neck. Devestated at the lose of her cousin she ran to chillwind camp in search of help to bring the body back, but on returning it was gone, taken by passing cultists to Acherus the Ebon Hold and leaving her mutilated pet fox Sage behind on the roadside.
For the next six years she trained by herself, and unconciously grew quite cold and reserved with only her pet Krystii (a black wolf) for company in the snowy wastelands of Northrend, hell bent on destroying the Scourge which took her closest friend from her. However by sheer chance in the Grizzly Hills she found her cousin again, reanimated as a death knight and serving the Ebon Blade. At first Mayima did not recongise her cousin, as her memories of living were completely wiped upon re-birth, and Miacatlana herself barely understood her due to how much she had changed from her living days, but slowly the two began to rekindle some of their former friendship as it was before, with the help of several other 'lost souls' in need of companions of their own.

Mia has a gentle, with a somewhat oblivious and absent minded nature, with a caring and kind personality and a love for all living things and the natural world, courtesy of her traditional Night Elven upbringing. She is also exceptionally loyal to all those she calls a friend and rarely backs down from a fight, despite being one of the unluckiest and clumsiest people alive today. She also has terrible arachnophobia and will freak out at the merest glimpse of a spider and leg it out of the way, helped by being incredibly athletic and outdoorsy (which is probably the reason why she did so well during her sentinel training).
She is fond of long outdoor walks and talking, as well as card games or being with people she cares about as she lives to be with others and suffers greatly without company. She is fluent in Darnassian and Common.
