Shadow of the Steel
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
This is a birthday gift artwork to my dear friend :icondrakon-fireblade:
The picture shows his MLP OCs on some kind of movie poster. It's the typical composition of "good VS evil" - the bad guys are placed above the three heroes.
You can see the following characters (from top to bottom):
Police Chief Colt Steel (yellow trench coat)
Maretropolice Police Force Soldiers (with armor, helmet and shotgun)
Dorian 'Snapshot' Grey
Hazard Redmane
Atlas Plainswalker
As before, it's been a lot of fun to draw these guys because it's a completely different topic. And I always try to do MLP art in a very serious, sorta realistic way!
^_^
I hope you like it, buddy!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!
:-)
Media used:
Pencils, ink, markers, COPICS, brush, acrylics (no digital media!)
Size:
A3 (40x30 cm)
Working time:
about 16 hours

But yes, "Dick Tracy" was the inspiration for the police chief. ^^
