Endurance

Every day, I fight for tomorrow. I feel myself breaking through to the other side of my limits, and a finish line is visible through the pouring rain for the first time in years. I will not lose.

This started out as a piece inspired by Kamikaze Girls (2004) and ended up being pretty special to me. In the precious amount of spare time I do have, I've worked on this in bits. I learned some new techniques in Clip Studio because I feel like I've been stagnant in my abilities, and I want to grow. I put the self I want to see into this piece, to reflect the strength I feel growing inside me. It may not look like much is new or out of the ordinary from my style in this piece, but I feel the differences when I look at it.
