Brunder takes care of his physique very seriously. Everytime, after working out at the local gym, he goes home and then to the basement where he can feel isolated from the outside, he doesn't like disturbing noises or any other type of distractions. There, wearing only posing trunks, checks thoroughly his whole muscular body in front of a large mirror. Noticing his progress and checking his shape and symmetry, doing some poses. He performs this kind of muscle ritual in complete silence, except by the sound of his own deep breathing...
