LJ the dragon
Ref sheet of my character, LJ, done shortly after I got myself my first Wacom tablet - the Bamboo One. This dragon/wyvern is far from complete and has some clear anatomy flaws, but I'm extremely happy with it because the proportions. Just like I imagined!
Wing and general proportions design inspired by the Tupolev Tu-160 'Blackjack' (Russian nickname White Swan) and Rockwell B-1 Lancer superonic bombers, they could be used as a reference in the future.
Height/Size to average dragon is the same as a 1.55 meter (5 ft 1 inch) human to average human. Lightweight.
Inspiration to use a plane for reference came from some pics by dnk-anais
Used as refereces in previous stages: a raptor pic by that sadly seems deleted, this and this pic by ixerin and a bunch of Skyrim's dragon skeletons of Google Images and this pic by winterblueart
