If there are female Decepticon Transformers like there are female Autobot Transformers, then Rosebud Rebel is one of them.
But rather than join the Decepticons' campaign of conquest and enslavement, she spends her time making friends with every creature on Earth. (Remind you of another famous character?)
I'm sure she'd be close friends with Hound and Beachcomber of the Autobots, but from a distance they'd most likely mistake her for Starscream. Oh, well...
