Dream Story.
A song I wrote because my friend asked me to write something that felt meaningful, uplifting, hopeful. I set out to do so, not expecting to actually produce anything noteworthy.
The result is probably one of the best songs I’ve written. Sure, I have fun writing things like chiptunes and other electronic stuff, but nothing brings me closer to my soul than writing this kind of music. I teared up several times while writing it. The more I listen to this song, the happier I feel.
Maybe it’s just me, and maybe I’m overselling it, and maybe this is just another cheesy ‘piano-and-strings’ song, but for me, it’s more.
