A hatchday gift I got for Jinx, one I decided to animate because I felt like it wasn't enough >>;;
I'm not great at animation in general, I know that. There's a lot of problems with this one due to my own limitations, but regardless someone may enjoy this silly loop.

Some aid with Paint Shop Pro 8... Yes, you read that correctly: Eight. The one released back in like 2003. And YES. You read That Year correctly too.
