Cryptic Gentleman (Deception)
[center][i]Mysterious and intelligent, Deception first appeared as a powerful gang lord, quickly rising to infamy with his power to induce hallucinations in his victims. Were it not for the intervention of the superhero Steelbadger, the cryptic villain would have ruled the entire Beacon City underworld. He went on to vow revenge on the heroic honey badger.[/i][/center]
