Where are the spots on its back?

Well, I had to draw from one picture which wasn't full so I didn't risk to draw any spots or something especially if it's was not original Buizel. This one have a bit different colors and spots.

Regarding to symbol unfortunately I do not know nothing... I just draw what I was asked for so I had no chances to ask about it and just made it without questions ^^'

So, now that it's 9 months later and I have a SoFurry account, I can finally answer this question!
That's the symbol for the Hoenn Region's Team Aqua Organization.
Boozle, my Buizel character, is a member of that organization, thus the Symbol on his forehead. :)
